Research And Application Of Production Management System In Cement Enterprise

Cement industry as the fundamental industry of building materials industry in China,extensive management,higher energy consumption,poor integration,low level of science and technology,its production management information is generally incomplete.In this thesis,China United Cement Xuzhou Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as " China United Cement Xuzhou ")as an example,through the study of its management structure and production process,analysis of its information management needs,through system design,to achieve a comprehensive production management information system,to improve product quality,reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs and other goals.The original information system of China United Cement Xuzhou can only handle data input,query and statistics in the database,lacking budget and plan control,and there is no interaction between the systems.The middle and senior managers of enterprises have the demand of decision analysis,which is difficult to be satisfied in the original system.This thesis USES the multilayer B/S structure,the use of Oracle database,JSP,OPC interface technology,and other technology,as well as multiple application server,to the technology needed to information system requirements,functional and performance requirements,system security requirements,interface requirements,etc.,was designed and implemented a high level of integration,function complete information system.The system includes data acquisition subsystem,process control system,planning and site management system,management information system and enterprise portal subsystem,based on the real-time database module,data acquisition module,data processing module,process monitoring section,the design of the network management section,make the production managers convenient,quick and comprehensive grasp of dynamic production process,At the same time,through the collection,processing,statistics,analysis,mining data value,to provide process control services.In addition,the system realizes the information interaction between production management information system,financial information system and supply chain system.The system makes each link and each department more closely linked.It solves the problems of low efficiency and poor information flow in enterprises.It strengthens the tools of basic management,effectively reduces costs and improves the quality of enterprise operations.
