| ZSM-5 molecular sieve is a synthetic crystalline aluminosilicate with high silicon to aluminum ratio.Its special microporous crystal structure makes it have high thermal stability,acid and alkali resistance,hydrothermal balance stability,and controllable surface acidity,ion exchange and hydrophobicity.It is often used as an adsorbent,Catalysts,etc.are used in actual industrial production.However,as the synthetic zeolite molecular sieves are mostly white powdery solids,they are easy to lose,difficult to recover,and difficult to operate,which limits the further efficient application of ZSM-5 molecular sieves.In this study,cheap attapulgite was used as raw material to successfully prepare ATP(attapulgite)-based support and the synthesis of ZSM-5 molecular sieve on its surface,which made the molecular sieve and support closely connected to form an organic whole,which can effectively solve the powder Molecular sieves are difficult to apply to practical problems.The preparation experiment of the support showed that 92%of the powdered attapulgite and 8%of starch were uniformly mixed,and then pressed into a powder tablet machine at 8MPa,and calcined in a muffle furnace at a high temperature to obtain a neat,smooth and crack-free appearance.ATP-based support.To study the conditions and mechanism of ZSM-5 molecular sieve synthesized on the surface of ATP(attapulgite)-based support as the carrier.The acid-treated ATP-based support was placed in a synthetic solution with a molar composition of 35NaOH:200SiO2:Al2O3:56TPAOH:10650H2O,and crystallized at 170°C for 36h.The surface of the support was successfully coated with a layer of uniform particle size and crystallinity.Higher ZSM-5molecular sieve membrane layer.In the experiment of adsorbing dye on the molecular sieve synthesized on the surface of ATP(attapulgite)-based support,it is found that the ZSM-5 molecular sieve on the surface of the support has good adsorption performance for both neutral red solution and methylene blue solution.The results show that the initial concentration of neutral red dye is 100mg/L,the temperature is 318.15K,the dosage of molecular sieve is 80mg,and the adsorption time is longer than 150min,the adsorption rate of neutral red can reach about 98.15%;use ATP-based surface When the ZSM-5 molecular sieve adsorbs methylene blue,when the initial concentration of the dye is 10mg/L,the pH is 12,the molecular sieve dosage is 80 mg,and the temperature is 318.15K,the adsorption rate of methylene blue can reach 97.79%.The adsorption mechanism of ZSM-5 molecular sieve on ATP-based surface to two dyes was further explored through adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics.The results showed that the adsorption behavior of neutral red and methylene blue on ATP-based surface ZSM-5 molecular sieve is more in line with the quasi-secondary kinetics.The adsorption process of the neutral red and methylene blue dyes are both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.The adsorption thermodynamic data shows that the adsorption processes of the two dyes are endothermic reactions that can proceed spontaneously. |
