| With the rapid development of China’s economy and technology,the demand for energy in the pharmaceutical industry is growing.Air conditioning system is a necessary clean environment protection measures of pharmaceutical industry and has strict requirements and specifications in the laws and regulations and operational requirements.Aiming at the problems of long-term low-load operation,high energy waste and high product cost of refrigeration units in Yuanan Company,Yichang Renfu Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.put forward and implemented the energy-saving renovation project of air conditioning system.Firstly,after full investigation of the energy consumption of the original air-conditioning system in Yuanan,this paper proposes that the water storage and air storage air-conditioning systems can be applied to the energy-saving renovation projects of the air-conditioning system and can play a huge role.This paper briefly introduces the energy-saving renovation project of water storage air-conditioning system.The water storage air-conditioning system has high refrigeration efficiency,good refrigeration effect and good energy-saving and emission reduction effect.Then,the technical feasibility of the project is analyzed in terms of process plan,equipment,environmental protection and system debugging.Then,the energy consumption and cost of the original air conditioning system,water storage air conditioning system and air storage air conditioning system are calculated,and the economic feasibility analysis conclusion is drawn through comparative analysis;finally,the project implementation process control plan is formulated.The following conclusions can be drawn from the study:(1)This project introduces water storage,air storage air conditioning system,using a reasonable cold storage,release strategy,with advanced technology.(2)Through the economic feasibility analysis,the water storage air conditioning system can save 930,000 yuan of operation cost every year,and the investment payback period is 2.9 years.The increase of wind storage can save 167 thousand yuan in operation cost each year,and the payback period is 2.7 years.(3)The project implementation process control plan is reasonable,the project can be completed and put into production on time,while ensuring the safety,environmental protection,high qualityof the implementation of the project. |
