Recently,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the remediation of heavy metal pollution in cultivated land in Hunan Province.From 2014 s,19 counties and cities in Chang-zhu-tan area of Hunan province have carried out pilot work on remediation of heavy metal contaminated cultivated land and adjustment of crop planting structure,and initial results have been achieved.In this work,the author mainly analyzes and evaluates the ecological benefits,social benefits and economic benefits of the achievements of cultivated land planting structure adjustment in the strict control area of heavy metal pollution in Xiangxiang City in 2018,such as the adjustment of cultivated land planting structure in the strict control area of heavy metal pollution,the governance type fallow of cultivated land with mild pollution in the safe utilization area,and the centralized restoration and treatment of VIP or VIP + n safe utilization technology demonstration in safe use area.Summerize the experience in policy formulation,measures guarantee and fund use in the pilot work,and found out the problems and reasons.Then extract the scientific and reasonable,replicable and popularized technical route of planting structure adjustment and restoration management,which provides scientific basis and reference for further in-depth development of planting structure adjustment and fallow management.
