| Glass fiber reinforced cement(GRC)product is currently one of the most widely used decorative cement-based materials.They have the advantages of light weight,simple installation,high strength,and short construction period.They are suitable for various scenes such as classical architecture,European architecture,garden landscape,etc.However,GRC products have problems such as internal efflorescence and external pollution,and it has become increasingly difficult to meet people’s special requirements for the shape and pattern of GRC decorative products by the way of designing molds.This article aims to realize the multifunctional integration of GRC decorative products,and explores its anti-efflorescence function to resist internal pollution,photocatalytic self-cleaning function to resist external pollution,and 3D printing performance to achieve the aesthetics of different shapes and patterns.The quantitative evaluation method for the anti-efflorescence performance of cement-based materials has been improved and the influence of microbial anti-efflorescence agent and alkali-resistant glass fiber on the anti-efflorescence performance of GRC products has been studied.The microbial anti-efflorescence agent content was 0.6%to obtain excellent anti-efflorescence performance for GRC product,with the fixed amount of CO2 for GRC products reaching 0.4405 kg/m2.The surface layer of 0.6%g-C3N4could make the degradation rate of the pollutant rhodamine B of GRC products reach 45%,and it can promote the effect of microbial anti-efflorescence agent.On the contrary,the microbial anti-efflorescence agent will inhibit the photocatalytic degradation performance of g-C3N4.The effect of functional components on 3D printing performance have been studied.According to the printable interval,the content of GRC product surface layer with both good 3D-printing and good anti-efflorescence performance was obtained:the amount of microbial anti-efflorescence agent is 0.4%~0.6%,and the amount of coloring agent is 0%~5%,with 0.6%~0.8%nano-clay for regulation;the microbial content is 0.4%with 0.4%~0.6%nano-clay for regulation.The nano-clay thixotropic agent can also significantly improve the printable time of the GRC surface layer.Nano-clay does no harm to functionality of GRC products.It slightly improves the anti-efflorescence and mechanical properties of GRC products,but has no effect on the photocatalytic self-cleaning performance.This article explores the influencing factors,control methods and mechanisms of various properties,and explores the connection and synergy between them,and finally obtains GRC decorative products with anti-efflorescence and self-cleaning functions,which can be 3D printed,provide support for the further expansion of GRC products’application. |
