| In response to the characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution in the construction industry,in recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously developed prefabricated buildings to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place building,prefabricated building has the advantages of fast construction speed,less on-site wet operation,low labor cost,energy saving and environmental protection,shorter construction period and so on.However,due to the different construction methods,the prefabricated construction of large prefabricated components in large quantity,large volume,heavy quality,frequent human-computer interaction,it is easy to cause serious safety accidents.Previous engineering practice shows that safety risk management in the design stage can effectively reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in prefabricated construction.Although the traditional safety risk management also emphasizes the early management and the treatment of both the symptoms and the root causes,there are still some problems,such as the risk identification is not meticulous and the risk quantification is not thorough.Moreover,in the face of a large number of construction safety management content,only relying on experienced engineering and technical personnel for safety risk management has been unable to meet the relevant needs,and the traditional safety risk management mode needs to be improved.In this context,this paper takes the prefabricated building as the research object,focuses on the identification,quantification and intelligent diagnosis of the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building,and explores the methods to reduce the construction safety risk of the prefabricated building in the design stage.First of all,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated building construction,this paper combs the concept and construction process of prefabricated building,considers from the perspective of prefabricated building occupation and construction stage,uses the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to identify the occupation-oriented risks of prefabricated building construction safety,and finally constructs 12 risk identification lists covering the construction stage,prefabricated construction occupations,risk factors,descriptions of risk factors,etc.Secondly,according to the characteristics of limited and discrete data of prefabricated building accidents,this paper puts forward a safety risk quantification method of prefabricated building construction based on LEC.The initial parameters of the frequency and consequence of specific occupational accidents are obtained by questionnaire survey.The cloud model and Monte Carlo method are introduced.Through the original cloud analysis,the reduction cloud computing is carried out after obtaining the parameters.The frequency index and consequence index of the reduction cloud droplets are synthesized,and the Relative Casualty Frequency Index(RCFI)and Relative Casualty Consequence Index(RCCI)are obtained.Thirdly,the BIM based intelligent diagnosis model of construction safety risk of prefabricated building is established.This paper divides the prefabricated building construction safety risk database into casualty data table,construction planning data table,Revit data table,and risk factor management and control key points table,and carries out structural design,content design,and query design for it.Use SQL Server 2016 database to store and update data,and design a SQL Server-based prefabricated construction safety risk database.In addition,with the help of the modeling tool Revit 2019 and the development platform visual studio 2019,combined with BIM secondary development technology and C# programming technology,the specific data information extraction function and implementation algorithm are designed,and three functional modules of risk database management,risk intelligent quantification and risk factor management and control are designed.In this paper,the development of intelligent diagnosis toolbox of safety risk is completed,and the functions of loading and updating risk database and intelligent diagnosis of safety risk are realized in Revit,which helps architects and structural designers to compare schemes and identify high-risk occupations.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate the developed safety risk intelligent diagnosis toolbox.This paper introduces the implementation of the scheme in detail from the aspects of creating BIM model,manual calculation and risk intelligent quantification,and verifies the good engineering application value of the safety risk intelligent diagnosis toolbox. |
