Pervious concrete is often used to build road cushion, structural layer and light traffic pavement of sidewalk due to its advantages of good water permeability, good filtration and high heat dissipation. However, different from ordinary concrete, pervious concrete does not contain or only contains fine aggregates, and there are a large number of pores on the surface and inside, which leads to the durability problems of pervious concrete, such as low permeability at high strength and high permeability at low strength, and poor freeze-thaw resistance. Therefore, this paper is committed to improving the performance of pervious concrete, focusing on the frost resistance of modified all-steel slag aggregate pervious concrete, combining the utilization of solid waste with the improvement of pervious concrete performance, and exploring the improvement measures of modified all-steel slag aggregate pervious concrete and expanding the application scope of pervious concrete. In order to improve the defects of low permeability when the strength of pervious concrete is high, high permeability when the strength is low,the project optimized the molding process of pervious concrete, added suitable materials to improve the performance of pervious concrete, and conducted a large number of performance tests.By carrying out the basic performance test and mechanical property test of modified all-steel slag aggregate pervious concrete, the continuous porosity, water permeability and compressive strength of the test research and analysis;for modified steel slag aggregate pervious concrete anti-freeze performance requirements, the test by comparing the different waterborne epoxy resin,SAP admixture amount, the optimal admixture amount of modified steel slag aggregate pervious concrete.Considering that the loss rate of relative dynamic elastic modulus is proportional to the number of freeze-thaw cycles,a function model of modified all-steel slag aggregate pervious concrete under freeze-thaw cycle is established to predict or verify the attenuation of mechanical properties of modified all steel slag aggregate pervious concrete under freeze-thaw cycle. Finally,MATLAB and COMSOL MULTIPLE PHYSICS are used to coordinate programming to carry out mesoscopic numerical simulation analysis of epoxy resin-SAP modified all-steel slag aggregate pervious concrete. And analyzed the temperature-humidity transfer law and stress distribution of epoxy resin-SAP modified all-steel slag aggregate pervious concrete under specific temperature-humidity conditions under different waterborne epoxy resin and SAP content. The distribution is used to validate the test results of this project and to explore the possibility of further analyzing the effect of other material admixture grade rituals on the frost resistance of modified steel slag aggregate pervious concrete by adjusting the quantity level material parameters of each type of aggregate put in to reduce the amount of indoor test works to some extent. The relevant results of the experimental study and meso-scale numerical simulation analysis show that: The addition of waterborne epoxy resin and SAP can effectively improve the basic properties, mechanical properties and frost resistance of steel slag aggregate pervious concrete, which has a positive significance to improve the performance of pervious concrete. Moreover, the forming process of pervious concrete is different from ordinary concrete,it is appropriate to use drop hammer-static pressure mixing mode.
