In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,the continuous expansion of urban scale and the continuous improvement of people’s consumption level,the total amount of garbage produced by urban life is also increasing.The resulting environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious and needs to be solved urgently.As a tool for storing waste,trash can is being applied in the urban domestic waste management system.Not only the classified trash can has been popularized in a large area,but also the intelligent trash can has developed rapidly.Their emergence greatly facilitates the cleaning of sanitation workers and effectively reduces the impact of waste on the environment.Intelligent trash can is born in response to the trend,which also contains the breakthrough and development of high-tech.It should be practical for any high-tech product.How to develop a practical product with high performance,low power consumption and long service life at the lowest cost is the focus of this design and research.Firstly,in order to develop a multifunctional intelligent garbage bin based on speech recognition,this design clearly takes the microcontroller stm32f103c8t6 as the intelligent control center,combined with ultrasonic ranging module(garbage detection),pressure sensing module(weighing detection),motor driving module,audible and visual alarm module,OLED intelligent display module and speech recognition broadcasting module,Wi Fi remote service(monitoring)module and peripheral auxiliary circuit constitute a multifunctional intelligent classified waste management system based on speech recognition.Secondly,determine the device scheme selection,hardware circuit schematic design and program control code writing and burning of each module,so as to verify the expected intelligent voice classification trash can function.The system is a control board with STM32 as the core.When the user utters the wake-up word such as "hello",the speech recognition chip LD3320 starts the recognition program to recognize the garbage keywords that the user is ready to put,and then the voice broadcast and automatic classification.STM32 sends instructions to control the rotation of the corresponding stepping motor to open and close the garbage can cover and realize the basic function of voice garbage classification;At the same time,through the design of the system control algorithm and the processing of data signals,the weight,capacity,temperature and humidity of the garbage in the garbage can can be intelligently detected in real time under the action of the built-in sensor in the garbage can,and displayed in the intelligent OLED display screen;The esp8266 remote serial port Wi Fi module intelligently monitors the status in the garbage can and feeds back to the garbage background service station in real time,so as to achieve the purpose of bucket full early warning.In addition,the system has two power supply modes to choose from.The switching of power supply mode greatly reduces the power loss of the system and achieves the purpose of energy saving.Finally,each module and the whole machine are tested to ensure the reliability and stability of the product.After testing,the design can realize voice recognition of garbage names and automatic classification;When triggered by the speech recognition result,the stepping motor can open and close the garbage can according to the established program design;Esp8266 remote serial Wi Fi module can receive the signal feedback of whether the garbage can is full or not in real time.By testing the function of each sub module,the data stream transmission of each module interface and whether the software system can meet the design functional requirements and performance requirements,so as to ensure the reliability and stability of the multifunctional intelligent garbage can based on speech recognition.
