| The digital economy is the future development trend,but many companies are faced with the dilemma of "transformation is courting death,and non-transformation is waiting for death".As a traditional chemical industry,enterprise A’s digital transformation is a major change.Whether the transformation will have a positive effect on the development of the enterprise also needs to be reflected through the results of performance evaluation.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a performance evaluation system that conforms to the corporate strategy to achieve corporate strategic goals.Based on a single case study of Company A,this paper constructs a balanced scorecard that fits the background of digital transformation and is consistent with its strategic goals.According to the results of the questionnaire,enterprise a mainly has the following problems: the current performance evaluation system is inconsistent with the corn table;The indicators are not set comprehensively;The management mechanism is not perfect.After analysis,it is believed that the main reasons are: first,the lack of strategic awareness due to inadequate training and publicity;second,the skewed performance evaluation,resulting in incomplete evaluation;third,the lack of implementation of the performance feedback link,resulting in the performance evaluation not really playing a role.In view of the above problems,the balanced scorecard is designed.In the balanced scorecard system,the perspective of social responsibility is added,and the indicators that can care about the expression of data security and quality are selected to reflect the data governance ability of enterprises.After calculation,the customer dimension is the first,the financial dimension is the second,the learning and growth dimension is the third,the internal process dimension is the fourth,and the social responsibility dimension is the fifth.Although the financial dimension is the most important dimension in the traditional balanced scorecard,whether digital technology products and services can meet customer needs and retain customers is very important for enterprises in the transition period.Customer experience perception directly affects the direction of transformation.In addition,digital transformation requires a large number of talents,and technical personnel and R&D personnel are the guarantees in the transformation process.Therefore,in the newly constructed balanced scorecard system,the customer dimension is in front of the financial dimension,and the learning and growth dimension is in front of the internal process dimension.To sum up,the constructed balanced scorecard is in line with the strategic goals and can be tried to be applied to A company.The results show that the transformation can promote the development of enterprises,bringing huge development potential to the company.In the future development,digital transformation can continue to be implemented.In order to ensure that the balanced scorecard can be continuously implemented in enterprises,this paper puts forward safeguard measures: to obtain leadership approval,scientifically plan the transformation;optimize the information system and obtain effective feedback;continue to spread the culture and create a good atmosphere;improve the management system and strengthen internal communication.Looking at the development of the entire industry from the current situation of Enterprise A,the chemical industry should conform to the development situation of the digital economy,actively seize opportunities,have the courage to reform and transform,take advantage of favorable national policies and digital technology,deeply integrate digital technology with the industry,and adjust the industrial structure.,to accelerate the development of the new economy and enhance competitiveness.Therefore,it is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for enterprises in the same industry. |
