| With the rapid development of large-scale and intensive livestock and poultry breeding industry in my country,the huge discharge of livestock and poultry manure waste and its low utilization rate have created huge pressure on the human living environment.The use of livestock and poultry manure for aerobic fermentation to produce organic fertilizer It is an important way to solve problems and realize waste recycling.However,in recent years,the issue of greenhouse gas emissions caused by carbon and nitrogen loss during aerobic composting has attracted people’s attention.Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving fermentation efficiency and product quality have become urgent issues for the composting industry.In this paper,taking the inoculants and fermentation raw materials as the starting point,the effects of different inoculants(including 2 kinds of self-made inoculants),Flammulina velutipes mushroom residue and tomato straw on the aerobic fermentation process of chicken manure,the quality of organic fertilizer products and the emission of greenhouse gases were studied.The effect of self-made organic fertilizer was verified through the pot experiment of pakchoi,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for the development and application of chicken manure organic fertilizer.Below are key research findings:1.The addition of bacterial agents can improve the fermentation efficiency and promote the fermentation process.After 24 days of fermentation for each added inoculum(special inoculum for chicken manure,widely suitable inoculum,commercially available inoculum),the product quality meets the requirements of industry standard technical and restrictive indicators,and the finished product can be collected.Fermentation was completed 3 days ahead of schedule.Among them,the organic matter content of chicken manure organic compost products treated with Guangshi inoculants was 45.94%,the acidity value was 7.72,and the total nutrient content(N+P2O5+K2O)was 8.65%,which was not significantly different from the treatment with commercially available inoculants(MB).the best overall performance.2.Different inoculant treatments have a significant impact on NH3and greenhouse gas emissions during the fermentation process of chicken manure-Flammulina velutipes residues.Among them,the self-made broad-suitable inoculant treatment is generally better than the greenhouse gas emission reduction effect in the fermentation process of chicken manure organic fertilizer.Treatment with commercially available inoculants.Compared with the treatment with commercially available inoculants(MB),the cumulative emission of NH3and the cumulative emission of CH4decreased by 17.56%and 37.9 times,but the cumulative emission of N2O increased by 1.39 times.there was no significant difference in cumulative CO2emissions.3.Different ratios of Flammulina velutipes mushroom residue,tomato straw and chicken manure significantly affected the quality of fermented products.Under the condition of adding self-made broad-suitable inoculants,after 20 days of fermentation for each treatment,the product quality meets the requirements of industry standard technical and restrictive indicators.The total nutrient content of chicken manure-Flammulina velutipes slag 2:1treatment(GJ3)was significantly higher than other treatments with the same material,about13.04%~19.80%higher;the total nutrient content of chicken manure-tomato straw 4:1treatment(GF1)Significantly higher than other proportions of the same material,about10.48%~19.79%higher,the best effect between different treatments of the same material.4.The nitrogen loss of different materials and their proportions in the fermentation process of chicken manure organic fertilizer is significantly different.Under the condition of adding self-made broad-suitable inoculant,the nitrogen loss of chicken manure-Flammulina velutipes residue 4:1(GJ1)was the smallest,and the loss was 8.47%,which was about0.12%~3.09%lower than other treatments with the same material;-The nitrogen loss of tomato straw 4:1 treatment(GF1)was the smallest,and the loss was 10.39%,which was about 8.54%~18.00%lower than other treatments with the same material.5.There are significant differences in the carbon loss of different materials and their proportions in the fermentation process of chicken manure organic fertilizer.Under the condition of adding the self-made broad-suitable inoculant,the chicken manure-Flammulina velutipes slag 3:1 treatment(GJ2)had the least carbon loss,and the loss was 6.85%,which was about 25.14%~44.26%lower than other treatments with the same material;The chicken manure-tomato straw 2:1 treatment(GF3)had the least carbon loss,with a loss of 5.13%,which was about 30.20%~40.21%lower than other treatments with the same material.6.There are significant differences in the effects of homemade chicken manure organic fertilizers produced by different inoculants and raw material treatments on the yield,nutrient content and quality of Chinese cabbage.The effect of applying Guangshi inoculant chicken manure-Flammulina velutipes residue organic fertilizer(GS)on the nutrients and quality of pakchoi was significantly better than that of commercial chicken manure organic fertilizer,and the phosphorus and potassium contents of pakchoi were increased by 6.41%and 23.81%,respectively.,nitrate content decreased by 74.50%;under the same nutrient input conditions,the biomass of pak choi with the other 5 kinds of self-made organic fertilizers(GJ,GF,GS,SC,JZ)was not significantly different from the commercial organic fertilizer,and the fertilizer efficiency was the same as that of the commercial organic fertilizer.Commercially available organic fertilizers are equivalent and can be used as base fertilizers. |
