Study On Traffic Safety Risk Portrait At Signalized Intersection

China has entered a new era of development,and building a strong transportation country,establishing the concept of safe development,promoting the supremacy of life and safety first have become new concepts of the times.Road safety is the basic demand of people’s happy life and an important factor of economic development and building a harmonious society.Under the background of the new era,road traffic safety has become a national concern.As an important link of road network,intersection traffic signal control is one of the main ways of intersection traffic control.There are a lot of signalized intersections in the road network,especially in the urban road network.Identifying and analyzing the traffic safety risk sources of signalized intersections is helpful to prevent traffic accidents and ensure the smooth and safe operation of road traffic.Based on the system theory,this paper studies the traffic safety risks of signalized intersections by combining basic theoretical analysis with investigation.The main contents of this paper are:Firstly,on the basis of traffic investigation,the traffic characteristics of signalized intersections are analyzed from five aspects: traffic flow characteristics,vehicle characteristics and traffic participant characteristics.Based on the system theory,the traffic safety risk sources of signalized intersections are identified from four aspects: personnel risk,vehicle risk,road risk and traffic environment risk,and the traffic safety risk factors are defined.Further analyze the mechanism of traffic safety risk at signalized intersections.Secondly,on the basis of defining the set of traffic safety risk factors at signalized intersections,the interaction and influence degree of traffic safety risk factors are analyzed based on the coupling degree theory,and the coupling classification of traffic safety risk factors is defined.Using N-K model and coupling degree model,the coupling model of traffic safety risk factors at signalized intersections is constructed.Verify the feasibility of the example model.Then,based on the coupling analysis of risk factors,Delphi survey method is applied to improve the selection of factor indicators,and then the factor indicator system of traffic safety risk portrait model of signalized intersection is established.On this basis,based on the system structure modeling technology,the risk factor influence degree model based on DEMATEL technology and the risk factor structure model based on ISM technology are respectively constructed,and then the traffic safety risk portrait model of signalized intersection is obtained.Finally,by using the established portrait model,a concrete portrait of the traffic safety risk of the actual case intersection is made to further illustrate the portrait process and the application of the portrait model,and based on the portrait results,the traffic safety risk prevention and control countermeasures of the case signalized intersection are put forward.Knowing risks can better prevent risks.In this paper,the traffic safety risk of signalized intersection is studied.These studies are helpful to improve the initiative of traffic accident prevention and control,help grass-roots public security traffic control departments to formulate traffic safety risk prevention countermeasures,and help the national goal of "reducing traffic accidents and controlling traffic accidents" to achieve,thus serving the construction of a harmonious society and the sustainable development of social economy in China.
