Research On Spatial-temporal Evolution And Path Of Eco-priority Green Development Status-efficiency In Yangtze River Delta

Construction of ecological civilization has been one of the focus of the national construction,Xi Jinping puts forward "ecological priority and green development" strategic thinking since 2016,"ecological priority and green development" has become a new era of Xi Jinping,and it is the norm for China’s future development and the only way for China’s high-quality development.The Yangtze River Delta is the most important region in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,with rapid economic and social development,problems such as resource and environmental constraints are becoming tighter.In this context,it is of great significance to study how to take the lead in creating a new way of high-quality development in the Yangtze River Delta with ecological priority and green development as the guidance.It can not only provide the Yangtze River Delta plan for building a beautiful China,it will also provide extendable and replicable experience for the construction of ecological civilization and green development in other parts of the country,and promote the flowering and fruition of the new thinking of giving priority to ecological green development in China.Therefore,this paper studies the spatio-temporal evolution of the state and efficiency of ecological priority green development in the Yangtze River Delta,taking41 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object.The panel data of prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2020 were taken as samples.Using the comprehensive index method,DEA,kernel density estimation method and data envelopment analysis Arc GIS natural breakpoint method such as the state of development and makes an analysis of the evolution pattern of space and time efficiency,finally,on this basis,in combination with the practical situation of region and the current development situation,to develop a conducive to the development of the Yangtze river delta region ecological priority green path.It is concluded that the improvement of ecological priority green development level and development capacity in the Yangtze River Delta region should be carried out from the following aspects: first,the connotation of ecological priority green development should be deeply understood,and the development level should be improved by integrating various factors;Second,change the mode of economic development and improve the efficiency construction of ecological priority green development in Yangtze River Delta;Third,coordinate regional coordination and comprehensively promote ecological and green integration in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that :（1）the level of ecological priority green development in the Yangtze river delta is low;（2）Ecological priority green development in the Yangtze River Delta is supported by green ecology and driven by green production and green living;（3）The eco-priority green development efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta is not completely effective;（4）Pure technical efficiency is the main factor affecting comprehensive efficiency;（5）The Yangtze River Delta has a significant geographical gap in ecological priority green development.
