This design is a process design for the technical transformation project of the desulfurization process of 80t/h boiler in a heat supply station in Ningxia.After fully understanding the environment of the plant and the actual production process,the finalized design is a set of technical reform program that involves desulfurization equipment.The desulfurization technology of this project is pneumatic emulsification(lime-gypsum)wet desulfurization method.The process is to use lime(Ca O)mixed with water to make SO2 absorbent;SO2 in the flue gas in the desulfurization tower for the process of absorption,neutralization,oxidation and crystallization,then is to be removed.The flue gas after desulfurization shall be discharged through the chimney after being defogged by the mist eliminator.The final product after desulfurization is dehydrated gypsum(Ca SO4·2H2O).In this design,the origin of the project is introduced in detail at first.Then the final process route is determined through the comparison and selection of desulfurization technology.Then material balance and heat balance calculation in the desulfurization process are calculated.After calculation and selection of process equipment,it is determined that the workshop mainly needs to set up three desulfurization towers to complete the process of absorption,neutralization,oxidation and crystallization.In order to meet the national clean production and production safety and other related requirements,the design of the desulfurization process workshop and equipment as well as design and calculation of pipelines are considered.This leads to the general layout and process pipeline chart.In the end,the economic estimate and benefit analysis are carried out on the design process.Compared with other desulfurization processes,this process has the characteristics of simple structure,high desulfurization efficiency,low energy consumption,no desulfurization wastewater generation,acid resistance,corrosion resistance and less investment.The results of process calculation and economic balance show that the investment risk of this project is very low,the rate of return is good,and it has good social and economic benefits and environmental benefits.
