Flexible printed electronic devices have attracted widespread attention in the fields of electronic skin,Internet of Things electronic labels,flexible displays and other fields due to their remarkable characteristics such as softness,variability,light weight,easy portability,and large-area application.The technology of flexographic printing to prepare flexible-based patterned conductor layers has attracted great attention in the industry due to its advantages of high preparation efficiency,low equipment cost,simple process flow,and easy batch preparation.Electronic functional ink with good printing adaptability is the preparation premise and key technical link to realize flexographic printing of graphic functional layer.In this work,a waterborn UV active functional ink system with flexographic printing adaptability was constructed,and related Formula and process,combined with chemical deposition process to prepare paper-based copper wire,and discuss the application of the above technology in the field of Internet of Things Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)antenna.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the characteristic requirements of flexographic printing inks,based on the waterborn UV acrylic resin system,the formulation system of flexographic printing waterborn UV functional active inks was constructed,and the waterborn UV curable inks with silver nitrate as active functional precursor were prepared.The composition of the ink has been optimized,and the ink curing time can reach 10 s after optimization.Element map and rheological test show that the ink has good rheology,dispersion and printing adaptability.The ink can be stored for 7 days without any change in performance under light-proof sealing conditions.(2)The waterborn UV functional reactive ink developed in this paper is used to study the characteristics of patterned copper metal layer on Shike paper substrate by roll-to-roll flexographic printing,UV curing and chemical deposition.X-ray diffraction analysis and X-ray energy spectrometer test show that the copper layer has high crystallinity,high purity and no impurities;adhesion test shows that the adhesion of the copper layer reaches the 3B level in the ASTM standard;The scanning electron microscope test shows that the surface morphology of the copper layer deposited by chemical deposition for 30 min is dense and flat,and the resistivity is 4.01 μ??cm,which has good bending and tensile fatigue resistance.(3)In order to improve the storage life of waterborn UV functional active ink and solve the problem of delamination of silver active functional ink during storage,a waterborn UV organic acid with silver citrate as active functional ingredient and 1,2propylene diamine as complexing agent was developed.The optimized ink has good catalytic activity,and the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy test shows that the conversion rate of active components of the ink after UV curing for 10 s is 74%.The storage stability of the ink is extended to 21 days under the condition of dark sealing.(4)In this work,paper-based copper wire and paper-based RFID tag antenna were prepared by roll-to-roll flexographic printing of waterborn UV organic acid silver active functional ink.The purity is good,the resistivity is 2.08 μ??cm,and the adhesion is 4B;Read and write distance;HFSS simulation verification shows that the chemical deposition 30 min paper-based RFID tag antenna and chip impedance achieve a good match.
