| Located at the intersection of the Yangtze River economic belt and the"the Belt and Road"strategy,the central area of the Yangtze River Delta has witnessed rapid economic development.However,the situation of haze pollution in the region is becoming more and more serious,and the rapidly growing economy has brought a heavy burden to the environment.A large number of studies have confirmed that PM2.5pollution,which plays a leading role in smog,not only endangers human health,but also has a serious impact on social and economic sustainable development,ecosystem balance and regional climate change.Therefore,it is of great significance to systematically discuss the spatial distribution law and influencing factors of haze.The research selects the panel data of 27 cities in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2019,constructs a spatial econometric model,and empirically explores the mechanism of industrial structure and economic development on haze pollution.Firstly,spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to analyze the evolution law of haze in time and space.Secondly,based on the geographical distance weight matrix and economic distance weight matrix,the impact of industrial structure,economic development and other variables on haze is analyzed.Finally,the robustness of the conclusion and the rationality of the model are verified by replacing variables and other test methods.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)through the research on the characteristics of haze pollution,industrial structure and economic development,the haze pollution in the study area increased slightly from 2011 to 2012and 2013 to 2015,but the haze pollution showed a downward trend on the whole,while the industrial structure and economic development showed a continuous downward and upward trend respectively;(2)Through the spatial autocorrelation analysis,the haze pollution in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta has a significant spatial correlation.The high high concentration state is concentrated in the northwest of the study area,and the low low concentration state is concentrated in the southeast of the study area;(3)Through the empirical test,the spatial correlation coefficient between the geographical distance weight matrix and the economic distance weight matrix is significantly positive,the primary term coefficient of economic development is negative,and the secondary term coefficient is positive,indicating that there is a"positive U-shaped"relationship between economic development and haze pollution.Further analysis shows that when the per capita GDP exceeds 126750 yuan(inflection point),the haze concentration increases with economic development;The industrial structure coefficient and spatial lag coefficient are positive,indicating that the rise of industrial structure has a positive impact on the haze pollution in the region and its neighborhood;(4)Through the sub sample division of the impact of industrial structure and economic development on haze pollution,it is found that the improvement of economic development level will weaken the positive effect of industrial structure on haze pollution,and the improvement of industrial structure will strengthen the negative effect of economic development on haze pollution.Based on the conclusions,the following policy implications are obtained:(1)do a good job in the collaborative linkage of smog control among cities.Establish a haze Control Consortium in terms of policy,establish a cloud data center in terms of governance,and adopt a variety of new media channels to jointly control haze;(2)Realize sustainable development from three aspects:economic law,capital investment and policy implementation;(3)Adjust the industrial structure and introduce high-tech industries.Implement policies from the perspective of the government,enterprises and consumers,eliminate industries with high energy consumption and low added value,replace them with industries with low energy consumption and high added value,and encourage industrial technology to upgrade to high-tech industries;(4)Starting from multiple sources,we will work together to control smog.Integrate multiple sources,find the causes of haze from the source,and adopt a variety of treatment methods to reduce the generation of haze from the source;(5)According to the regional characteristics of haze pollution,implement different policies in different periods and regions to find the most effective breakthrough for haze control.Figure[9]table[28]reference[72]... |
