| In the international and domestic political and economic situation after the global epidemic,the private enterprise is facing unprecedented difficulties,which is manifested in several prominent features such as great market pressure,difficulty in financing,and high risks of transformation.Among them,family business occupies a considerable proportion of the private economy.And it is an important part of our national economy,showing strong flexibility and adaptability.It has played a great role in promoting economic development and social progress in various economies.However,in the process of rapid development of the global economy,many family businesses have realized the significance and importance of modern business strategies and modern management methods of enterprises due to the impact of economic transformation and market competition.From a comprehensive and long-term strategic perspective,the diversified development strategy plays an increasingly significant role under the conditions of the market economy,and it is an important strategy adopted by many family businesses in the late stages of their growth.Since the end of the last century,many companies have gradually introduced modern management methods and built their own diversified strategies.The diversified development strategy has not only created conditions for the development of enterprises,urged them to try more diversified challenges,but also brought them the corresponding management difficulty and business risk.Starting from this background,this article summarizes the research results of the predecessor’s corporate diversification strategy theory,and takes the multinational listed company F Group as a family business as the research object to analyze and explore various channels for family businesses to implement diversification strategy.Using PEST and other analysis tools,comprehensively summarize the development process of the company,and sort out the external environment and internal resources of F Group;analyze the influencing factors and existing problems of the strategic effects of family businesses in the process of implementing diversified strategy;combine strategic management theories to focus on how family businesses adjust in the process of implementing diversified strategy plan and layout in time,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,measures and suggestions.The main conclusions drawn in this article are as follows:(1)The diversified development of Group F still has problems: the implementation of diversification strategy not only increases the risk of enterprise management,but also improves the management difficulty of enterprises,resulting in the operating resources of enterprises scattered,rapid expansion caused rising costs,the main business is affected to reduce the core competitiveness of enterprises,resulting in the generalization and marginalization of core brands.(2)The reasons for the problems caused by F Group’s diversification strategy are the lack of accurate understanding and grasp of the diversification strategy,the lack of planning for the diversification strategy of the family business,the increase of management difficulty and risk caused by the implementation of the diversification strategy,and the lack of brand management institutions.(3)Combined with the actual situation of F Group,the optimization proposal is put forward for the problems arising from its implementation diversification strategy,and the enterprise should be based on the long-term,grasp the progress of diversification,give full play to the synergies and realize economic benefits.(4)In order to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise strategic transformation and diversification strategy,Group F also needs to strengthen from the organization,system,culture and talent.It is hoped that the research in this article can effectively help F Group optimize its diversified development strategy and provide some meaningful reference and help for other companies. |
