For an enterprise,funds are the most important available elements and resources in the process of operation and development,laying a solid foundation for the normal operation,healthy survival and orderly development of the enterprise.Funds continuously provide a strong impetus for the survival and progress of the enterprise.If the funds are not sufficient or the funds are unscientific and unreasonable in the scheduling process,the overall level of financial management and daily production and operation efficiency will be greatly reduced.Therefore,it reflects that when enterprises carry out financial management,they should put fund management in a particularly important position.The survival,development and profit creation of enterprises are affected by fund management.The higher the level of fund management,the better the operation of enterprises.How to make funds operate normally in enterprises and groups and how to improve the efficiency of fund utilization has gradually become the primary problem that enterprises must consider when taking the road of sustainable development.Sunshine Carbon Group is one of the numerous small and medium-sized enterprise groups in China,which is quite representative in all aspects.Since its establishment,the group has developed rapidly,and many disadvantages and factors affecting the development of enterprises have been found in the fund management of the group,which are common problems in the fund management of small and medium-sized enterprises.Firstly,this paper takes the centralized fund management of enterprise groups as the research direction.Through the in-depth study of the existing literature,this paper summarizes and refines the results obtained by researchers at home and abroad;Then it analyzes and introduces the concepts and theoretical basis involved in the centralized fund management of enterprise groups.Secondly,it combs and summarizes the common modes of fund centralized management of enterprise groups,and makes an in-depth comparison and analysis of different fund centralized management modes.Thirdly,the case enterprise Sunshine Carbon Group is introduced,and then through a more thorough analysis of the current fund management mode and management status of the case enterprise Sunshine Carbon Group,the disadvantages and deficiencies under its current fund management mode are obtained,and the corresponding analysis and summary are made.Finally,build an applicable model for the centralized fund management of sunshine carbon enterprise group to solve its problems in the centralized fund management.
