With the advancement of society and technology,the era of Big Data has quietly opened.The development of the petrochemical industry is changing every day,but also the risk assessment is also moving towards the scientific direction,and the risk-based inspection technology must be improved.The petrochemical storage tank in the chemical plant has the characteristics of inflammable and explosive,and the consequences of explosion can not be imagined.It has irreversible and serious consequences on the whole plant,surrounding residents and society.Therefore,the failure of petrochemical storage tank should be analyzed emphatically,and the safety risk of equipment should be killed in the bud.RBI technology is to determine the cause of equipment failure by analyzing the research results,and then propose the solution,and finally achieve the purpose of eliminating and reducing the risk occurrence probability.First,the paper introduces RBI safety risk assessment technology.The basic theories of RBI technology and accident tree analysis are introduced in detail,including quantitative analysis and failure probability.At the same time,the method of accident tree evaluation is introduced,including minimum cut set and structural importance.Secondly,the safety risk assessment of RBI technology is carried out for this tank.Firstly,the process part is introduced,then the simulation part divides the safety risk level,failure probability,and draws the distribution diagram and proportion diagram of safety risk.Then the analysis draws the conclusion.At the same time,the risk factors of the tank are analyzed by accident tree analysis method,and the results are compared with the results obtained by RBI technology.Finally,in order to prevent the accident from happening again,the safety measures are put forward,and the corresponding emergency detection system settings and emergency detection scheme are designed.
