| There are such a special group of people in hospital-hospital patients,they are a group that needs the whole society to give special attention.In recent years,there has been a frequent occurrence of patients with mental illness who,without the consent of the health care provider or the family of the patient,cross the area of normal activity,or worse,Escape events,which not only effect the treatment of patients,and will cause a very serious harm to society.However,in view of the above-mentioned special patient management measures,the hospital not only need to pay high nursing costs,and nurses are also very difficult to be real-time informed of hospital patients in the ward activity status and scope of activities.In addition,it is difficult to timely and effective detection and prevention of these patients escape,so in order to effectively reduce the cost of hospital care in patients,reduce the workload of health care workers,to further strengthen the patient’s real-time monitoring and management,so as to avoid the omission of a moment of serious harm,resulting in the need for real-time positioning of inpatient requirements.In this paper,the main research and implementation of the part,including when the staff is located in the critical location set,the identity of its further identification,combined with the identity of the authentication information,the abnormal access behavior will be an alarm.According to the actual management needs of the hospital,the hospital is divided into two types: the key monitoring area and the general monitoring area.The distance signal attenuation model is designed and researched according to the location requirement of patient management in different areas.In the existing module to achieve data acquisition,logic and data communications to determine the function,for the illicit activity of patients into the region,such as the alarm.In this paper,several popular wireless sensor network technologies are deeply researched,and the characteristics and implementation details of wireless communication technology are compared and analyzed.Combined with the latest achievements of the localization technology,ZigBee CC2530 chip is proposed as the core,The distance between the nodes is communicated with the Z-stack protocol stack based on the positioning algorithm based on the signal distance attenuation model,and the measured distance value is combined with the complete positioning process of the test platform.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Research on indoor RSSI signal transmission characteristics.Two typical indoor environments were selected to collect the signal,and the influence of external environment factors on the RSSI signal strength was analyzed.An improved RSSI signal distribution model was proposed based on the improved Gaussian model.The algorithm of RSSI value acquisition,distance measurement and location algorithm is optimized,and the distance signal strength receiving model is combined with Gaussian filtering and mean processing to improve the localization precision.Secondly,the adaptive problem of the algorithm and the influence of external noise are discussed.In this paper,the Gaussian filter and the node location calculation method are improved and optimized to compensate for the loss in the propagation process.(2)Research on the clustering problem of large target area.In the process of locating the indoor environment covering the large geographical area,the statistical characteristic of RSSI value changes greatly.In this paper,a clustering method is adopted to divide the target area with large coverage into small area and establish an adaptive distance signal attenuation model in the small area.The method based on clustering technique is adopted,and then the coordinate calculation of the unknown node is realized by combining the three-side positioning or the least square method.A self-correcting mechanism based on beacon nodes is introduced to further modify the results of clustering.Finally,through the design of the patient location verification platform,the problem of how to supervise the patient to cross the critical activity area in the indoor environment of the hospital is determined,and the different monitoring level is defined for the indoor area to be located.With the corresponding level,Different transmit power levels.Finally,through the verification and analysis of the experimental platform,the test results show that the indoor positioning program can be applied to hospital patients positioning,positioning error control in the 2m range,and the program has low power consumption,good stability,Low cost,small size,functional and so on. |
