Purpose: To study the risk factors of abdominal infection after laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy,To provide theoretical guidance for improving the diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy and prevention and treatment of abdominal infection after laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomyMethod: Collect clinical data of patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy that meets inclusion and exclusion criteria from January 2015 to December 2017 at the Affiliated Hospital of Northern Sichuan Medical College,Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy with intra-abdominal infection and statistical analysis of potential related factors,Univariate analysis using categorical variables cross-tab chi-square test,The continuous variable obtains the node through the ROC curve as a categorical variable。Multivariate analysis using binary Logistic regression。Results: From January 2015 to December 2017,a total of 56 cases of laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were performed by our team,a total of 7 cases of abdominal infections。The values intercepted by the ROC curve were Chi-square tested in the abdominal infection group and the non-infected group,Discovered that preoperative BMI and preoperative total bilirubin, time for removal of drainage tube adjacent to the pancreaticojejunostomy, and time for removal of the drainage tube of the Wenye hole are risk factors for the occurrence of abdominal infection in patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy.(p<0.05).The preoperative BMI and preoperative total bilirubin, removal time of pancreatic intestinal anastomotic drainage tube, and removal time of Wen’s hole drainage tube were introduced into a two-class unconditional logistic regression model for multivariate analysis. The results showed that the preoperative total bilirubin and the removal time of pancreaticojejunostomy anastomosis were independent risk factors for the occurrence of abdominal infection, and the relative risk(OR)was 45.402/21.216,respectively.Conclusion: Obstructive jaundice and long drainage time of pancreaticojejunostomy anastomosis are risk factors for abdominal infection after laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy.
