Analysis Of Hospitalization Expenses In A 3A TCM Hospital Based On Electronic Medical Record Information

With the development of hospital electronic medical record information system,how to improve the hospital electronic medical record information system in order to better cooperate with clinical work,to meet the clinical and hospital management needs for information,is an urgent problem to be solved.The hospitalization expenses occupy the main position in the total hospitalization expenses,so the key to reduce the medical expenses is to control the continual increase of the hospitalization expenses scientifically and reasonably.Based on the information of electronic medical record(EMR),this paper analyzes the cost of hospitalized patients from 2013 to 2017.The results showed that the drug cost accounted for more than 5 0%of the total hospitalization cost in the past five years,and the drug cost was still on the high side,the rising trend of the examination and test cost was obvious,the material cost was high,but the fee reflecting the labor value of the medical staff was generally on the low side,and so on.It is suggested that the unreasonable increase of drug cost should be controlled and the price of labor value items should be raised.With a view to the development of research to curb the unreasonable growth of hospitalization costs of the strategy.
