| Objective:Based on the PCOSAct project,1000 cases of depression and anxiety were evaluated to investigate whether the incidence of anxiety and depression was influenced by demographic characteristics, clinical characteristics, sex hormone indicators, glycolipid metabolism and other factors,as well as the correlation between anxiety and depression and the effect of intervention measures and obstetric outcome.Method:1000 participants in the international cooperative randomized controlled trial(PCOSAct)were chosen as subjects.Subjects were asked to fill in the Zung self rating Anxiety Scale(Zung-SAS)/Zung self rating Depression Scale(Zung-SDS)at baseline visit and end of visit. The self rating Anxiety Scale score is the total score. The 20 items should be added to each score, that is to get the rough score;if the coarse fraction is multiplied by 1.25,the standard part will be obtained after obtaining the integer part. The dividing point of SAS standard score is 50 points,of which 50-59 is mild anxiety,60-69 is moderate anxiety,70 points are severe anxiety. The self rating Depression Scale score is the same as statistical methods. The standard score of SDS is 50 points,50~59 points are mild depression,60~70 is moderate depression, and 70 points are severe depression.Result:1.Anxiety and depression in PCOS patients are influenced by age.And in the 20 age range of<28 PCOS women’s mental state is better than 20<28 and 35<40 age age range PCOS women.2.The heavier the anxiety of PCOS women, the heavier the anxiety.3.Fasting insulin is positively correlated with anxiety in patients with PCOS.4.acupuncture treatment may aggravate the anxiety of PCOS patients. Conclusion:Anxiety and depression in PCOS patients are affected by age. This anxiety state is positively correlated with acne and fasting insulin.Acupuncture treatment may aggravate the anxiety of PCOS patients. |
