Objective: To compare the ulnar plate、radial intramedullary nails internal fixation and double plates internal fixation in the treatment of children’s ulnar and radial fractures, and to combine the postoperative Chinese medicine fumigation and washing exercises to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the two internal fixation methods,so as to provide a reference for clinical application. Methods: A total of 40 children with ulnar and radial fractures underwent pediatric orthopedics in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled. The ulnar plate and intramedullary nail were used to treat 20 patients in the observation group, and 20 patients in the control group. Both groups were treated with Activating blood Analgesic Fumigation after operation, and compared to two groups of the average operation time, length of incision, healing of the incision, hospitalization time, fracture healing after 6 months of follow-up,recovery of forearm rotation function, complications, etc. Results: The average fracture healing time and the length of the radial incision in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant, and there was no significant difference in other aspects. Conclusion: The observation group and the control group have good curative effect, but the observation group has more advantages in fracture healing time and incision length.
