| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yangchao Ointment combined with Fentonone in the treatment of ovarian reserve function,to explore the role of cream in improving clinical symptoms and ovarian function in patients with DOR,and to explore the mechanism of action of ointment for the treatment of ovarian reserve. The decline provides more clinical ideas. Methods:The infertility clinic of Yantai City Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 was selected.44 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,22 in each group. The control group was given Fenton.(2/10mg),the treatment group was given Fentongtong and Bushen Yangchao Ointment, taking a menstrual cycle as a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, observe and compare the menstrual symptoms and TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups.Serum basal follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),basal estradiol(E2),FSH/LH,anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),antral follicle number(AFC)and safety indicators.Result:The results of comparison within the group showed that:(1)TCM syndrome scores:There were significant improvements in both groups before and after treatment, with significant differences, which were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Menstrual conditions:menstrual cycle before and after treatment, the menstrual cycle was significantly improved, there was a significant difference, statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual meridian and menstrual period of the treatment group were significantly improved before and after treatment, and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in menstrual meridian and menstrual period before and after treatment in the control group, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Serological indicators:FSH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH were significantly improved before and after treatment in both groups, with significant difference, statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Number of antral follicles:The number of antral follicles increased after treatment in both groups, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The comparison between groups showed that:(1)TCM syndrome score:The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Menstrual status:For the improvement of menstrual cycle, the two groups were equally effective, and there was no significant difference, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).For menstrual menstruation, menstrual, menstrual improvement, the treatment group was superior to the control group, there was a significant difference, statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Serological indicators:For the improvement of FSH,FSH/LH and AMH,the treatment group was superior to the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).For the improvement of E2,the efficacy of the two groups was comparable, there was no significant difference, and it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)Number of antral follicles:The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The decline of ovarian reserve function is a occult disease. If early detection and early treatment are performed, the patient’s condition will not.progress rapidly.Evaluation of ovarian function is of unparalleled importance for the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline.Bushen Yangchao Ointment combined with western medicine can improve the TCM syndrome of patients, improve the menstrual condition of patients, and is superior to western medicine alone, and has a positive effect on the indicators of ovarian function evaluation, which can reduce FSH,FSH/LH,and increase AMH increases the number of antral follicles and is superior to western medicine alone. The cream did not bring adverse reactions during the treatment with western medicine, and the safety was better.Bushen Yangchao Ointment has the opportunity to delay ovarian aging, treat ovarian reserve decline, and prevent early-onset ovarian insufficiency. |
