| Objective:In order to promote the healing of long tubular bone fracture of lower extremity,this study attempts to develop a simple,light and personalized early warning weight-bearing shoe,which is intended to enable patients to obtain weight-bearing stress changes in the affected limb,guide their early weight-bearing exercise,and initially apply it to clinical practice,observe its application effect,and then develop a smart shoe tool and mobile phone software to guide patients’rehabilitation training,and at the same time,to realize individualized rehabilitation training management.Methods:The shoe is mainly composed of shoe body,pressure sensor,display screen and electric circuit for power supply.The pressure sensor perceives the pressure stress from itself.The data is displayed on the display screen after processing,and the information of load-bearing stress is obtained for the patient.The accuracy of the shoe data is tested by comparing with the standard weight measuring instrument data.The patients were divided into study group and control group,the control group was given routine treatment and rehabilitation after fracture,no early weight-bearing,the study group began to use early warning weight-bearing shoes for weight-bearing exercise 1 week after operation,limiting the initial negative weight of the affected limb to about 5%of the patient’s weight,and gradually increasing the negative weight every week later.the postoperative 1 month,3 months,6 months VAS score and Lane-Sandhu X line score,fracture clinical healing time,fracture healing,and postoperative efficacy evaluation results were recorded in the study group and the control group respectively.Results:The development of warning load-bearing shoes was simple and practical,and the measured compressive stress value was reliable.The VAS score of l month,3 months and 6 months after operation and the lane-Sandhu X line callus growth score were significantly better than those of the control group.the clinical healing time of fracture in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The excellent and good results were 94.5%in study group and 82.8%in control group,97.3%in study group and 77.1%in control group.Conclusion:The warning load-bearing shoe is simple and reasonable in structure,light in use,novel and practical in design,and can meet the requirement of early functional exercise.For the patients with simple femoral shaft fracture with reliable fixation,the early use of the shoe to exercise,accelerate the growth of callus at the fracture site,shorten the time of bone healing,reduce the occurrence of nonunion and delayed healing of fracture,and its promotion of fracture healing is safe and effective. |
