A Meta-analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Of Low Molecular Weight Heparin In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemic Pancreatitis

Objective: Using Meta-analysis system to evaluate the clinical efficacy of low-molecular-weight Heparin(LMWH)in treatment of hyperlipidemia pancreatitis(HLP).Methods Wanfang database,CNKI database,VIP database,CBM,Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane database were searched by the computer,and date of publication of literature was limited to before 30 April 2020.Randomized Controlled Trials(RCTS)about the treatment of HLP with LMWH were selected.The data were extracted by two researchers and the methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the Cochrane systematic evaluation manual.Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man5.1and STATA12.0.Results: A total of 23 RCTS were included in this study.The sample size was 969 in experimental group,966 in control group,and 1,935 in total.The results of the meta-analysis showed that: 1.The effective rate of the treatment of HLP was increased by using LMWH(RR=1.25,95%CI is 1.19～1.32,P﹤0.05).2.Treatment with LMWH can shorten the length of hospital stay for HLP(MD value is-3.45,95%CI is-5.90～-0.99,P﹤0.05).3.Using LMWH in the treatment of HLP can reduce the TG level(MD value is-2.78,95%CI is-4.13～-1.42,P<0.05).4.Using LMWH in the treatment of HLP can reduce the time it takes for amylase to fall back to normal(MD value is-1.82,95%CI is-2.35～-1.29,P<0.05).5.The treatment of HLP with LMWH reduced the time it takes for abdominal pain to subside(MD value is-1.10,95%CI is-1.86～-0.34,P<0.05.6.Using LMWH in the treatment of HLP can reduce the CT score(MD value is-1.53,95%CI is-1.63～-1.43,P<0.05).7.The treatment of HLP with LMWH did not increase the incidence of adverse events(RR=0.49,95%CI is 0.23～1.02,P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The use of LMWH in the treatment of HLP on the basis of conventional treatment can improve the total effective rate of HLP treatment,reduce the length of hospitalization,the TG level,the time for serum amylase to decline to normal,the time for abdominal pain relief,and the CT score.Which achieve a good therapeutic effect.2.The use of LMWH in the treatment of HLP on the basis of conventional treatment does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which shows the clinical application is relatively safe.
