The Differences Of X-ray Sagittal Bone Parameters Of Spondylolysis And Isthmic Spondylolysis

Objective:Analysis of the differences of X-ray Sagittal bone parameters of46 cases of lumbar spondylolysis and isthmic spondylolysis before and after surgery and evaluate the the differences of lumbar spondylolysis and isthmic spondylolysis X-ray Sagittal bone parameters in X-ray Sagittal bone parameters,correlation and clinical significance with,which with the associated operation among reducion,posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fution.Method:Collection of the 46 cases patients Information in hospital from May 2013 to May 2019,which of lumbar spondylolysis and isthmic spondylolysis with the associated operation among reducion,posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fution and complete information of Imaging data,include male 24 cases,female 22 cases,age:45.52±12.02 y,according to whether spondylolisthesis,divide into two groups,the lumbar spondylolysis group(Slip group)21 patients,the isthmic spondylolysis group(not-Slip group)25patients,and measuring the X-ray Sagittal bone parameters in PACS system in hospital,the indexs include:before and after surgery:pelvic incidence(PI),lumbar loadosis(LL),sacral slope(SS),Lumbar Gravity line Index,Slippage rate.Through the differences of two group of spondylolysis and isthmic spondylolysis before surgery,and before and after suegery every group,in PI,SS,LL,Slippage rate and age by Independent-samples t test,then,The pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluated the different bone parameters.Results:between the two group:before the surgery,the Lumbar Gravity line Index of not-Slip group(0.73±0.21)was smaller than the index in Slip group(1.96±0.99),that with Statistically significant(p<0.05),PI of f not-Slip group(54.52±6.11)was smaller than the index in Slip group(58.44±6.30),which with Statistically significant(p<0.05).In the every group,after the operation,LL and PI is lower than before the operation.In the pearson correlation analysis,the age had positive correlation with PI、SS、LL,Lumbar Gravity line Index,PI had positive correlation with SS 、 LL,LL had positive correlation with age、PI、SS、Lumbar Gravity line Index,Slippage rate had positive correlation with Lumbar Gravity line Index and age,Lumbar Gravity line Index had positive correlation with LL、age,both of these,with Statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclutions:The increase of Lumbar Gravity line Index is Key factors development process of lumbar spondylolysis to isthmic spondylolysis,The associated operation among reducion,posterior internal fixation by nail-stick system and Cage fution can enhance the stability of spine by redress Sagittal bone parameter of the patients with lumbar spondylolysis and isthmic spondylolysis.
