Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Telemedicine System In County-level Hospitals In China

[Purpose] As a powerful supplement to traditional medical service mode,telemedicine has obvious technical advantages and clear application fields.It is helpful for medical resources to sink to the grassroots level and realize the real integration of medical and health management.Through the study of the current situation of telemedicine system in county-level hospitals,combined with the relationship between telemedicine and Medical Association,this paper combs out the problems existing in the development and construction of telemedicine system in county-level hospitals,analyzes the influencing factors and summarizes them.Objective to explore how to improve the scientificity and applicability of telemedicine system construction in county hospitals,so as to provide reference for optimizing County medical resources allocation and improving County medical service capacity.[Methods] The research method of this paper is the combination of literature research,theoretical research and statistical analysis.The data are from the Institute of medical information,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.In theory,through the retrieval of domestic and foreign literature database system,combing the research status and progress of telemedicine system at home and abroad,to understand its theoretical development basis;statistical analysis,through the analysis of survey data,according to the geographical distribution and hospital level comparison,summed up the status of four regions in the East,West,northeast of county-level hospitals in China,using spss25.0 to use correlation Analysis and regression analysis combined with literature research to explore the influencing factors of telemedicine in medical alliance,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.[Results] On the whole,telemedicine system in China is in an important stage of development,with better development space.The research shows that the current situation of telemedicine development is that the county-level hospitals in the western region are faster than the county-level hospitals in the eastern,central and northeast regions,and the telemedicine development of tertiary hospitals is better than that of first-class and second-class hospitals.It is mainly affected by personnel,policies and regulations,medical costs,system configuration standards and specifications.[Conclusions] telemedicine system has been greatly developed in China,and the demand for telemedicine is still great.County level hospitals should connect with large hospitals and telemedicine centers upward,and connect with primary medical and health service institutions downward,so as to give full play to the role of "being a family" in the primary health care network.To ensure the long-term development of telemedicine,we should strengthen the publicity of telemedicine,optimize the service mode,formulate policies and standards,and build information technology.
