[Purpose] This study combines the specific characteristics and development status of China ’s medical consortium to explore the connotation and dimensions of the competitiveness of clinical medical disciplines in the medical consortium, and aims to build a scientific and feasible evaluation of the competitiveness of clinical medical disciplines in the medical consortium. The system evaluates the current comprehensive competitiveness and potential competitiveness of China ’s medical consortium clinical medicine disciplines,in order to reflect the development of clinical medical disciplines within the medical consortium, find problems in time, and accurately carry out medical consortia.Discipline positioning and overall planning,so as to "promote construction with evaluation".[Methods] This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.First, based on the literature analysis method and brainstorming method, construct a preliminary framework of the evaluation index system for the competitiveness of medical disciplines in the medical consortium; The importance and availability of indicators at all levels are demonstrated and scored, and the indicators are screened and modified;finally, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the relative weight of each indicator and check consistency.[Results](1)A total of 15 experts responded to the questionnaire effectively. The expert positive coefficient is 0.95 and the expert authority coefficient is 0.815.After three rounds consultation, the Kendall W coordination coefficient of indicator importance is 0.363 and the coefficient of variation is 0.162;the Kendall W coordination coefficient of indicator availability is 0.228 and the coefficient of variation is 0.132;(2)After three rounds of expert consultation,6 three-level indicators were deleted from the preliminary 38 indicators, which were "the amount of domestic and foreign project cooperation funds","the number of chairmen and deputy chairmen of national academic committees" "," Increase in the diagnosis and treatment income of primary-level hospitals after the establishment of the medical consortium "," Doctor points "," Number of overseas study visits "," Provincial andhigher-level medical achievement awards ";two three-level indicators were revised"Scientific research awards and above" was renamed "City-level and above scientific research awards",and "Proportion of personnel in primary hospitals who have studied for more than 3 months at a higher level hospital" was renamed to "Number of personnel in primary hospitals who have studied at a higher level for more than 3months";Added two three-level indicators: "Mainstream Ranking Subject Comprehensive Ranking Score","Medical Union Telemedicine Radiation Range".(3)AHP is used to calculate the relative weights of the indicators at all levels. The weight values of the four first-level indicators are 0.28,0.16,0.11,and 0.45,respectively.[Conclusion](1)At present, the construction of medical consortium in China is booming, but there are few studies based on the evaluation of the competitiveness of clinical disciplines of medical consortium;(2)Based on the background of the development of China’s medical consortium, this study combined with relevant policies, referenced the literature on subject competitiveness and clinical subject evaluation, and analyzed the connotation and essence of the clinical subject competitiveness of medical consortium from multiple dimensions, the index structure is designed, and the indexes are sorted, selected, and modified,so that the index system can more faithfully reflect the comprehensive competitive strength of clinical disciplines within the Medical Association;(3)The shortcoming of this study is that although a clinical discipline competitiveness index evaluation system with certain practical and reference value for medical consortium evaluation has been constructed,it lacks further empirical research and needs to be continuously improved and improved in the later period.
