The health industry has become a very hot investment area in recent years.To ease the pressure on public hospitals and social medical insurance,the government continues to introduce policies and issue laws and regulations to encourage the private capital investment in medical industry.As the flourish of private hospitals,many problems come along.This study summarizes the current situation of private medical institutions in China by analyzing the existing data and research.Combining the human resources dilemma encountered by BW Medical Group in actual operation,this study discusses the common human resources problems of private medical institutions,such as irrational personnel structure,frequent staff turnover,and lack of professional management teams,etc.On this basis,the study utilizes satisfaction survey of BW Medical Group’s physicians.According to the survey result,knowing the reason for the departure of physicians.Then formulating the more targeted improvement measures.This study also introduces,researches some more mature physician incentive models in other countries and regions.Finally,this study proposes several measures to improve the performance incentives for physicians in private medical institutions,including developing reasonable salary incentive system,improving the physician evaluation system,establishing industrial standards and benchmarks.These modern human resource management theories provide ideas for solving the management problems of private medical institutions.However,the human resource management is only a part of company management system,to reach higher goals,the managers of private medical institutions still need to improve other management skills,such as financial management,marketing management and management of supply chains.
