Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Health WeChat Public Account Information Quality

[Purpose] This article aims to construct the index system and evaluation model of health We Chat public account information quality,and provide references and tools for improving the health information quality of We Chat public account.[Methods] Through a lot of literature reading,we draw on domestic and foreign scholars’ information quality related evaluation methods and relevant evaluation indicators on multimedia,self-media and other platforms as preliminary secondary indicators,and adopt questionnaire survey methods and expert consultation methods to screen the secondary indicators under each health information category.Combining the three elements(information processing,information processing,and information communication)of mass communication theory,user information behavior theory to abstractly construct the primary index.Then,through the questionnaire survey,the importance scores of the public users on various indexes are obtained,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weights of the primary and second indexes of each category to form a health We Chat public account information quality evaluation system.Finally,selecting and instance scoring20 cases of health We Chat public accounts,and exploring the relationship between the ranking of health science information quality scores and the original Qingbo index ranking through Spearman rank correlation analysis method.Then analyzing with hierarchical clustering method the different dimensions’ quality score and total score of the health science category of each We Chat public account.[Results] This study constructed a health We Chat public account information quality evaluation system.Through instance scoring and data processing analysis,it shows that there is no significant relationship between the Qingbo index ranking and the information source dimension and information processing dimension under the health science information classification.Instead,the Qingbo index ranking has a correlation with the ranking of information transmission dimension quality scores and the ranking of health science information quality total scores.Based on theclustering analysis of the scores of various public accounts,according to the analysis results,suggestions and strategies for the construction of health We Chat public accounts are specifically proposed.[Conclusions] The health We Chat public account information quality evaluation system is constructed.This evaluation system is beneficial for each We Chat public account administrator to discover score differences with other public accounts of the same level its own shortcomings,and give them suggestions and strategies for improvement.
