Analysis And Design Of Medical Data Traceability System Based On Block Chain

[Purpose] The traceability of medical data based on block chain can record the track of medical data use completely and transparently,make medical data more authentic and reference,and make the institutions involved in the regional universal health information platform more willing to provide data and use the medical data on the regional platform safely.Ensure the traceability path of medical data on the block chain to promote the opening and sharing of medical data on the regional universal health information platform.[Methods] Research methods include literature research,field research,expert consultation,systematic analysis.By using various channels such as CNKI、 Wanfang to retrieve the technology and content related to block chain and data traceability,this paper analyzes the application status of block chain in medical field at home and abroad,the related research situation of data traceability,and has a preliminary understanding of the fusion of technology and system,which provides theoretical basis and reference basis for further research of the paper.Visit blockchain companies and medical information,health management experts on the present application of the technology of blockchain in the medical field and the combination of blockchain and data traceability technology feasibility and existing problems to consult and discuss.By analyzing the business function of regional platform system and the requirement of medical data traceability system,the whole structure and flow chart of traceability system are established.[Results] The results of this study mainly include the following aspects:(1)the medical data traceability data model is constructed through the PROV model,and the traceability entity is clearly defined.what content should be included in the traceability data and how the traceability data is stored.(2)A blockchain-based medical data traceability system is constructed on the Hyperledger Fabric open source architecture,and the specific functions and traceability process of medical data traceability are analyzed and expounded.(3)On the basis of system analysis,the system architecture design,network architecture design,function design,database design and system configuration design are carried out.[Conclusions] At present,the application of block chain in medical field is rarely related to the research of medical data traceability,especially in electronic medical records,medical data types are extensive,data volume is large,social value is high,the research results of this traceability system in system analysis and design have certain universality,realize the traceability of medical data to facilitate medical institutions to supervise medical data,determine medical responsibility system,provide the possibility for data opening and sharing,and provide guidance and reference for the practical application of data traceability.
