| Objective: To compare and analyze the clinical effects of conventional surgery and3 D printing-assisted surgery in the treatment of rib fractures. Methods: Forty-five patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital for thoracic surgery from October 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as study objects, all patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to different research methods; The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was prospectively analyzed.22 patients in control group were treated with conventional surgery.Treatment;23 patients in the treatment group were treated with 3D printing.Results:(1)In the control group, the operation time was(125.06±16.33)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(201.45±36.11)ml,the pain time was(15.65±2.17)days,and the chest tube indwelling time was(8.34±1.75))D,total hospital stay(11.62±2.19)d,NRS score(5.56±1.35)points,rib incision length(7.86±2.05)cm;in the treatment group, the operation time was(86.32 ± 13.25)min,intraoperative bleeding The amount was(96.08± 24.12)ml,the pain time was(7.22±1.41)days,the chest tube indwelling time was(5.26±1.08)days,the total hospital stay was(6.91±1.74)days,the NRS score was(3.21±0.77)minutes,and the ribs The length of the incision is(5.85±1.91)cm.The surgical indicators of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant,P<0.05.(2)The time of porosis after treatment in the control group was(6.767±0.728)weeks,and the rate of rib bone plate loosening was 34.78%;the time of porosis in the observation group was(4.882±0.313)weeks,and the rib bone plate was treated. The release rate was 8.70%.The callus formation time of the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group, and the rate of rib bone plate loosening was significantly higher than that of the treatment group,P<0.05.(3)There was no significant difference in the indexes of quality of life before surgery between the two groups of patients,P>0.05;after surgery, the indexes of quality of life before surgery of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with before treatment,P <0.05;The improvement effects of the quality of life indicators were significant due to the control group, which was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion: 3D printing technology can more intuitively and three-dimensionally understand the fracture situation of patients with rib fractures, and can be used for external reduction and internal fixation, which is helpful for accurate positioning during surgery.Once again, the implementation of internal fixation treatment can effectively improve patients.Curative effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the prognosis of patients, and promote patient recovery,And improve patients’ quality of life. |
