Clinical Research Of Medical Ozonated Water Acupoint Injection Combined With Sacroiliac Joint Injection On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of medical ozonated water acupoint injection combined with sacroiliac joint injection on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis for48 weeks.Methods:72 AS patients were randomly divided into ozonated water group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases.20μg/ml ozonated water was injected into Dazhui(GV14),Fengchi(GB20),Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),part of Jiaji acupoints(EX-B2)and sacroiliac joint.2-5ml/acupoint,10ml/site,once a week for treatment,12 weeks for 1 course.After treatment for 12 weeks,treatment time interval was extended,then every 12 weeks respectively every 10 days,15 days and 30 days of once treatment,a total of 48 weeks.Control group: Patients took oral Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,the first week,0.25 g,bid;the second week,0.5g bid;the third week,0.75 g,bid;for the remaining 45 weeks,1g,bid.Celecoxib Capsules:0.2g,bid,for 48 weeks.Evaluation time point and method: BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI,CRP were evaluated before treatment and after treatment for 12,24,48 weeks;ASAS20 was evaluated after 12 and 48 weeks for treatment efficacy;safety was evaluated before and after treatment.Results:1.Baseline: There was no statistically significant difference for age,gender,course of disease,BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI and CRP of two groups before treatment were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Therefore,it was comparable in two groups.2.Efficacy: After treatment for 12,24,48 weeks,BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI scoreand CRP were significantly lower than before treatment in two groups.It had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI score and CRP of treatment for 12,24,48 weeks,were no statistically significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).BASDAI,BASFI,BASMI score and CRP after treatment for 12,48 weeks in ozonated water group,were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.Effect determination: The effective rate of treatment for 12,48 weeks had no statistically significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment for 12,48 weeks had no statistically significant difference in ozonated water group(P>0.05).4.Safety: In control group,4 patients appeared mild adverse reactions,6 patients had moderate adverse reactions,after expectant treatment,they finished text on time.All of ozonated water group patients had no adverse reactions.There had statistically significant difference in two groups for treatment safety(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Medical ozonated water acupoint injection combined with sacroiliac joint injection on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis can dramatically relief clinical symptoms,function activity,spinal mobility and reduce inflammation.For efficacy and safety of treatment 48 weeks,ozonated water treatment for AS is better than the control group.2.Medical ozonated water treat for AS 12 weeks,after achieving remission or low activity of disease,extending treatment time interval gradually,can maintain efficacy.
