| It has practical significance to study employee engagement for improving organizational performance.Therefore,as a new topic in recent years,engagement has been highly regarded by organizations at all levels and major research institutions.In particular,medical and health services industry is related to the lives of the people.The medical personnel as the important part of community healthcare center,is known as first gatekeeper of residents health.Therefore,the basic professional ethics of the medical staff play a crucial role in the social and economic life.However,there are still some outstanding problems such as lack of resources,lack of technology and lack of talents in the development of medicine.There is a lot of work pressure and increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship,which is different from the spacious working environment in large hospitals.The shortage of talents is a great challenge for the community health institutions,which are mostly rented out in front rooms,crowded working environment,and most of the grass-roots staff are not well-organized,with low salary and welfare.Faced with this dilemma,how can community health facilities attract highly educated personnel,make the high-quality talent resources sink,retain existing personnel,and motivate existing personnel to improve staff engagement for the stability of the medical staff,better service to the community residents have an important role.In this paper,the theory of dedication is reviewed and sorted out,and the relevant Chinese and foreign literature on engagement is studied.In combination with the specific situation of medical staff in community health institutions in A district of jinan city,an empirical study is conducted.Through the introduction of chapter 1 expounds the relevant professional research background and research significance.Outlines the research ideas and research methods.Through study the domestic and foreign literature on engagement,this paper developed the engagement scale and engagement factors scale for community health workers in A district,and tested the reliability and validity of the scale by SPSS22 statistical software.According to the survey data analysis of the engagement scale of medical workers in community health institutions in zone A of jinan city,it is found that the dedication level of medical workers in community health institutions in zone A is relatively high,different individual characteristics has different performance,and the overall difference is not significant.However,in terms of working years,the level of engagement of medical personnel with 5-10 years is low;in terms of educational level,the level of engagement has gradually increased from junior college to graduate students;and in terms of working positions,the level of engagement of community directors was higher than that of other staff members;there was no positive correlation between the level of engagement and the level of income.The main factors affecting medical staff’s engagement are the work itself and the relationship between colleagues.The impact of the work position and age on the engagement is significant.Finally,the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the engagement of community health workers in A district. |
