| Objective:In order to complete scientific research training,by using the method of propensity score matching,to compare the effect of laparoscopic and open tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods:from January 2018 to December 2018,150 cases of inguinal herniorrhaphy in our hospital were selected through propensity score matching,75 cases in the control group were treated with open tension-free herniorrhaphy, and 75 cases in the study group were treated with laparoscopic transperitoneal patch herniorrhaphy, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of ambulation(8.9±2.88 hours)and hospitalization(4.29±1.04 days)in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, but the operation time(99.40±15.2 minutes)was longer than that in the control group, and the hospitalization cost(1.81±0.25 yuan)was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group and the control group at 6 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 14.67%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 9.33%,the difference is not obvious(P>0.05).Comparison of wound healing and recurrence rate between the two groups, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The result of propensity score matching is close to the real event, the application of laparoscopic transperitoneal patch hernia repair can reduce postoperative pain, shorten postoperative rehabilitation time and improve the prognosis of patients, which can be widely used. |
