Clinical Observation Of Cangfu Daotan Decoction Combined With Diane-35 In The Treatment Of Infertility With Phlegm-dampness Blocking Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of cangfu daotan decoction combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of infertility with phlegm-dampness blocking polycystic ovary syndrome was observed.,contrast before and after treatment of TCM syndrome quantitative score,sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T),BMI,endometrial thickness,monitoring follicle,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,the total clinical curative effect.Meanwhile,its safety was observed to provide a more effective and safe treatment for infertility with phlegm-dampness blocking po-lycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Choose between December 2018 and November 2019,shijiazhuan-g hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology clinic of P-COS infertility patients with syndrome of phlegm wet block type 60 p-atients,randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and contro-l group,each group 30 cases,treatment of three menstrual cycles,c ontrol group simply taking Diane-35,and the treatment group take pa le to guide phlegm tonga subtaction joint Diane-35.The quantitative sc ores of TCM syndromes,sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,T,LH/FSH),BMI,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume,follicular monitoring,preg nancy rate and total clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and their safety was observed.After the clinical study,SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistica lprocessing,and the mean value standard deviation(?)was used for statistical description.Thet test was used for normal distribution,and the rank sum test was used for non-conformity.The rank data was tested by the rank sum test,and the counting data was tested by the Χ2test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,and P<0.01 was considered statistically significant,P>0.05 was not statistically signi-ficant.Finally,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:1.In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate was90% in the treatment group and 73% in the control group,showing statistical difference(P<0.05).2.In terms of pregnancy rate,there were 9 cases in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group.The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,both groups can effectively reduce LH,LH/FSH and T values,with statistical difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Two groups after treatment than before treatment for ovarian volume,reduce sinus follicle number all have different degrees of role,statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,in terms of ovarian volume,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),decrease in sinus follicle number differences statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.5.After treatment,both groups had significant effects on reducing body mass index and increasing endometrial thickness,with statistical differences(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).6.In terms of quantitative integral of TCM syndromes and curative effect of TCM syndromes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the comparison between the two groups,it can be seen that cangfu daotan decoction combined with Diane-35 can improve the total efficacy of infertility treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,improve the TCM syndrome on the whole,regulate the level of sex homones,regulate endocrine,promote the recovery of ovarian function,and provide an effective clinical treatment program.
