Objective:Collect and re-analyze published surgical approach studies for posterior column fractures of tibial plateau, extract and reprocess the data, and obtain the reduction satisfaction rate and complication rate of different surgical approaches..Methods:Search both Chinese and English articles from well-known databases(PubMed,Cochrane library,Google schoolar,CNKI,Wanfang database)to obtain documents, after quality evaluation,re-analysis data using stata 12.0.Conclusion:The current surgical approaches provide a high success rate and low complication rate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture; The difference of the therapeutic effect of different surgical approaches is not significant, but the incidence of complications is different, among which the incidence of complications of inverted L-type approach and Frosch modified posterior lateral approach is significantly higher than that of other approaches; The inverted L-type posterior medial approach and the modified posterior lateral approach of Frosch can provide a larger field for the treatment of simple tibial plateau posterior column fracture, which has unique advantages; However,if the posterior column fracture is accompanied by complex two or three column fractures, the inverted L-type and Frosch modified posterior lateral incision can be avoided when choosing the double incision to ensure the operation effect, and reduce the complications.
