Clinical Study On Treating Myasthenia Gravis With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney By Jianpi Yishen Juxian Decoction Combined With Conventional Western Medicine

Aim:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Yishen Juxian decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG)with deficiency of liver and kidney,and to provide the basis for the treatment of myasthenia gravis with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods:1.From January 2019～October 2020 from Wuhan Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Neurology specialist outpatient and inpatient,According to TCM liver and kidney deficiency type impotence syndrome and western medicine myasthenia gravis diagnostic criteria included in a total of 72 patients(all in accordance with this study included criteria),randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 36 cases,Exclusion of patients eligible for exclusion.The final treatment group was 30cases and the control group was 35 cases.2.Control group was given cholinesterase inhibitor,immunosuppressant routine western medicine treatment plan,the treatment group on the basis of routine western medicine treatment combined with Jianpi Yishen Juxian decoction,according to the symptoms of patients to add or subtract syndrome differentiation.The two groups took 1 month as a course of treatment and three consecutive courses of treatment.The evaluation criteria and observation indexes before and after treatment were scored,including absolute and relative score(ARS-MG),TCM syndrome score,myasthenia gravis severity scale(MGFA)and so on.Improve the blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram before and after treatment,evaluate the safety,evaluate the incidence of adverse reactions.Observe and compare the changes before and after treatment,and evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen Juxian decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.3.Use SPSS25.0 statistical software to process and analyze the obtained data.The data are represented by mean±standard deviation((?)±s).The data are used.T test and rank sum test are used for measurement data,and chi-square test is used for counting data.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups.2.Two groups of patients before treatment of myasthenia gravis clinical absolute and relative score,TCM syndrome score,myasthenia gravis severity scale,ADL、Osserman rating were not statistically different,comparable.3.After periodic treatment,the clinical absolute score of Xu’s myasthenia gravis decreased compared with that before treatment,and there was no difference in statistical significance between the two groups.The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33%in the treatment group and 88.57%in the control group.4.After periodic treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was 86.67in the treatment group and 80.00 in the control group.Compared with the TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment,the P<was 0.05,which showed that the treatment group could improve the TCM clinical symptoms of myasthenia gravis patients better than the control group.5.After periodic treatment,myasthenia gravis severity scale and ADL、Osserman rating were significantly lower than before.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.6.During the treatment,the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 5.71%and that in the treatment group was 6.67%.The adverse reactions disappeared after the treatment of the disease.Both methods have high security.Conclusion:Both treatment options can improve the clinical symptoms of myasthenia gravis with deficiency of liver and kidney.The therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yishen Juxian decoction combined with conventional western medicine on myasthenia gravis with deficiency of liver and kidney was significantly better than that of conventional western medicine alone.The total clinical efficiency was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was more obvious.Jianpi Yishen Juxian Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has remarkable curative effect,high safety and less side effects,which is worthy of clinical research,application and popularization.
