Under the background of "healthy China",people have diverse needs in terms of medical quality and service.High-quality medical level, good medical environment and friendly medical service attitude are all conducive to improve patient satisfaction and promote the formation of good doctor-patient relationship.Of course, the phenomenon of medical trouble still occurs from time to time, which makes people sad and causes deep thought. The difference between patients’ demands for medical quality and the services provided by medical institutions causes tension in the doctor-patient relationship. In order to better alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment, scholars have invested in research. In the literature analysis,it is found that there are few studies on the evaluation system of inpatient satisfaction, and the selected indicators are qualitative indicators.Based on this, this study is carried out. Objective: This paper focuses on the construction of inpatient satisfaction evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, and selects a third-class hospital in Hubei Province as the research object. The main task is to build a scientific and applicable inpatient satisfaction evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine hospital. The index system mainly includes qualitative and quantitative indicators, and then uses the evaluation system to evaluate the inpatient satisfaction. Methods:Firstly, through literature analysis to sort out the research situation of scholars on patient satisfaction in recent years, sort out and classify the evaluation indicators;Secondly, explore the relationship between quantitative indicators and patient satisfaction, through the collection of data from the front page of medical records in the characteristic departments of the hospital, using the Granger causality test to determine quantitative indicators;Thirdly, using literature classification and medical staff consultation interviews to determine the qualitative indicators, and initially constructed the evaluation system of the inpatient satisfaction of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals;in order to further verify the scientificity and applicability of this evaluation system,a questionnaire survey on the importance of the indicators and the validity analysis was carried out.At the same time, the evaluation system is finally determined by the factor analysis method. Results: The results show that the satisfaction degree of medical service quality and service efficiency is more than 90%,and the health education guidance is94.54%,the satisfaction rate of this group of inpatients reach92.83%.The effect is good, which is consistent with the actual situation of the hospital. At the same time, factor analysis is used to test the index system, and dimension reduction is used to delete some inconsistent options. The results show that the index evaluation system has good reliability and validity. Conclusion:Firstly, the evaluation system of inpatient satisfaction index constructed in this paper can better evaluate the inpatient satisfaction of the third-class traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Secondly, there is a positive correlation between the quantitative index cure rate, improvement rate and inpatient satisfaction. The higher the cure rate and improvement rate, the higher the patient’s satisfaction.Thirdly, the selection of the hospital has better verified the construction of the inpatient satisfaction index system and confirmed the scientificity and applicability of the index system.Fourthly,it summarizes the current situation of inpatient satisfaction and puts forward some suggestions for improvement in the aspects of TCM diagnosis and treatment characteristics, medical expenses and hospital facilities.
