| ObjectiveCollect the disease development characteristics of female patients with glucose metabolism disorders, explore the correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome, diabetes, endometrial cancer diseases and serum vitamin D and E levels, and provide new treatment methods for clinical treatment of patients.MethodSelected 2000 female patients with glucose metabolism disorders admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 as the research objects, and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment time of the patients,1000 cases each,of which the control group included PCOS patients 426 Patients in the observation group included 443 PCOS patients,490 DM patients, and 67 EC patients.According to the patient’s disease conditions, they were given conventional treatment combined with vitamin D,Vitamin E treatment, collect the clinical indicators improvement effect of patients before and after treatment, analyze the correlation between PCOS,DM,EC diseases and serum vitamin D,E levels, and summarize the therapeutic value of vitamin D and E drugs in women’s glucose metabolism disorders.Result1.After two months of treatment, the levels of vitamin D and vitamin E of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the level of improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the treatment of PCOS patients, the blood glucose levels, insulin function, ovulation indicators, endocrine indicators,AMH,vitamin D,and vitamin E levels of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2months of treatment,The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of AFC,number of high-quality follicles, and follicle growth time after treatment. The improvement effect of b-FSH,LH,T,and E2 levels was significantly higher than that of the control group.Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and insulin levels were obvious Lower than the control group, the levels of AMH and BMI were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.During the treatment of DM patients, the blood glucose indicators of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment. The fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin content, and insulin levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients Significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the treatment of EC patients, there were no significant differences in blood glucose levels, insulin function,CA125 levels, and color Doppler ultrasound results between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment, the clinical treatment remission rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group The improvement effect of blood sugar level, insulin function, and CA125 level was significantly higher than that of the control group. The survival time and the blood flow index of the lesion were significantly higher than those of the control group..5.Analysis of women’s glucose metabolism disorders are mainly related to vitamin D,vitamin E,insulin,AMH,BMI and other indicators.Among them, vitamin D and vitamin E are negatively related to the patient’s disease, and insulin,AMH,BMI are positively related to the patient’s disease(P<0.05).ConclusionFor female patients with glucose metabolism disorders, the combination of vitamin D and E drug intervention in conventional drug treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of the patient, correct the patient’s disease development, and has high clinical application value. |
