Objective: Yangxin tongluo Keli was used to intervene the patients after coronary artery bypass grafting to evaluate the efficacy and observe the postoperative quality of life of the patients.Methods:57 patients after coronary artery bypass grafting patients were allocated in treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=27).The control group(n=27)treated with conventional method of western medicine,The treatment group(n=30)treated with conventional method of western medicine and Yangxin tongluo Keli. After 3months,quantitative scores of TCM symptoms, scores of SAQ Scale and SF-36 life Scale, the change of function of heart and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment.Total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.66%,in the control group was 81.48%.It indicated that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(P<0.05),SAQ Scale Score showed there were statistical difference in terms of physical limitation、anginal stability、anginal frequency、treatment satisfaction and disease perception of patients between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After the comparison between the two groups, the difference of treatment satisfaction score was statistically significant. The score in terms of role-physical、social functioning of patients in the experrimental group according to SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but in terms of physical functioning、bodily pain、mental health、general health、vitality、role-emotional and reported health transition, there were not statistical different between two groups(P>0.05).The cardiac function grading of the treatment group improved significantly after therapy(P<0.05).,There were significant differences in LVEF before and after treatment in the treatment group. The function of heart LVEF、LVEDD beforeand after the test, control group were not effective(P>0.05).,nor was there any statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Yangxin tongluo Keli combined with basic western medicine has a good effect on patients after coronary artery bypass grafting and can improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
