Study On Investigation And Countermeasures Of The Current Situation Of The Integrated Medical Care And Elderly Care Services In An Pension Institution In Changchun

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate an elderly care institution in Changchun City,understand the current situation of integrated medical care and elderly care services,explore the problems faced by the institution in its development process through data analysis,and put forward corresponding suggestions accordingly,in order to promote the regional integration of medical care Provide reference for development.Methods: This study uses the literature analysis method to sort out the development context of integrated medical care and elderly care services at home and abroad;uses the expert consultation method to determine the interview outline and questionnaire;uses the questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to study the current status of the integrated medical care and elderly care services of a pension institution in Changchun.Use the "Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Integrated Medical Care and Elderly Care Services in a Pension Institution in Changchun" as the main survey tool,and conduct investigations on six different identities of the institution’s managers,doctors,nurses,caregivers,the elderly and their family members.Face-to-face interviews provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the organization.Results: A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,of which 388 were valid questionnaires,and the questionnaire response rate was 97%.The survey results show that the satisfaction of formulating a care plan is the highest(97.42%),the accommodation environment(96.65%),accommodation conditions(95.10%),service attitude(92.78%)are also relatively high,and the level of disease diagnosis and treatment(66.24%)),the development of cultural learning activities(64.95%),the professional skills of service personnel(62.11%)and the number of personnel(60.30%)satisfaction needs to be further improved.A total of 12 people conducted one-to-one interviews.The institution is a designated service institution such as Jilin Provincial Long-term Care Insurance and Changchun City Mental Rehabilitation.After the demented and disabled seniors move into the institution,part of the expenses can be reduced or exempted.The government is also constructing,Operation and other aspects have given great help and support.Conclusion: At present,the main problems faced by this pension institution in carrying out elderly care services are:(1)The ratio between the elderly and the nursing staff barely meets the national standard,and the number of service personnel is insufficient;(2)The number of people who truly master professional knowledge and obtain professional qualifications is small.Service personnel are not very professional;(3)The average income level of the elderly living in institutions is average,and most of the elderly support a small number of children,the cost of combined medical care and elderly care services is relatively high,and the family economic burden is relatively large;(4)The development of recreational activities There are a lot of people,and cultural learning activities are not rich enough.Based on the existing problems,in order to better adapt to the diverse needs of the elderly for the elderly,corresponding countermeasures are proposed:(1)Attach importance to the cultivation of compound talents and improve the quality of integrated medical care and elderly care services;(2)The government will increase investment while absorbing more social capital to participate in the construction of integrated medical care and elderly care services;(3)Build a platform,develop new technologies,and provide more timely and effective services;(4)Develop a diversified combination of medical care and elderly care services to meet the different needs of the elderly.
