| Objective: To introduce the surgical technique and preliminary clinical results of ACL fixation of tibial avulsion fracture under 3D printing assisted endoscope. Methods: From jilin province people’s hospital between December 2015 and December 2019,the diagnosis and treatment of ACL tibial avulsion fracture line 40 cases of patients with fixed surgery, and randomly divided into two groups, there was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups((P>0.05).control group patients give directly give the ACL under arthroscopy check point avulsed tibial fracture treatment,in the observation group, the position of the bone canal was directly located by using the preoperative 3D printing software, modeling,in vitro design and rehearsal by using the guide, and the avulsed bone was reduced and fixed by using the shoulder joint suture device and ligament braided thread under arthroscopy. Both groups were operated by the same surgeon, and the same method was used for postoperative treatment. Results: The anterior drawer test and Lachman test were negative in both groups, the intraoperative blood loss of observation group was(59.35±6.1)ml,the operative time was(46.7±6.5)min,the time to start the functional exercise of knee joint was(39.3±2.5)d,and the fracture healing time was(2.3±0.4)m,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm score of knee joint 6 months after operation in the observation group(89.37±4.25)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It indicated that the comprehensive treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: ACL tibial avulsion fracture fixation with 3D printing assisted endoscope has the advantages of minimal trauma, high accuracy, reliable anatomic reduction and fixation, short operation time and fracture healing time, and the joint function of the patients recovered well after operation. |
