Study On Healthy Care Sevice Demand And Influencing Factors Of The Elderly

At present,the elderly’s demand for health care services is increasingly prominent.Under the social background of accelerating aging of population in China,how to improve the quality of life of the elderly has become a very important research topic.The elderly as a special group of social.its health demand has particularity,therefore,research on the health care of the elderly demand characteristics and overall development,health and pension service system to build our country characteristics,enhance the level of the elderly physiological,psychological and social health and ensuring high quality of the elderly enjoy equal,fully in later life has important practical significance.This paper adopts the survey data on the living conditions of the elderly in C City in 2018 as the data source,and takes the elderly population over 60 years old in C City as the research object.Firstly,the questionnaire method and statistical analysis method were used to classify the basic data.Based on the theory of healthy aging and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,the current elderly people’s demands for health care services were divided into four dimensions:economic satisfaction demand,safety demand,spiritual comfort demand,and rights and interests protection demand.Secondly,the description analysis method is used to discuss the satisfaction of the elderly in the four demand dimensions.Finally,from the perspectives of individual characteristics and family characteristics,the chi-square analysis and H-L sample fitting degree test were carried out to screen the independent variables suitable for this study,and the influencing factors of health care service demand for the elderly were explored using binary logistic logistic regression method.Through regression analysis,relevant conclusions are drawn: in terms of economic security,theIVelderly whose monthly income is lower than the monthly consumption expenditure are considered as needing additional economic support account for 40% of the total sample,and the more educated the elderly are,the less satisfied they are with their economic security needs.Compared with the rural elderly,the urban elderly have higher satisfaction degree of economic security needs;The older people with poor self-care ability and more children are less satisfied with their economic security needs.Compared with the rural elderly,the urban elderly have higher satisfaction degree of economic security needs;The older people with poor self-care ability and more children are less satisfied with their economic security needs.In terms of security needs,compared with the urban elderly,the elderly in rural areas are less satisfied with housing.Pension income,participation in social activities and building time after 2000 were positively correlated with housing satisfaction.The self-care ability in life is negatively correlated with the satisfaction of spiritual comfort needs.Compared with the elderly living alone,the spiritual needs of the elderly living with their spouse or children are positively correlated.In terms of protection of rights and interests,compared with the urban elderly,the rural elderly choose to remain silent after their rights and interests are damaged;Compared with the elderly living alone,there is a negative correlation between the elderly living with their children and their rights protection needs,while there is a positive correlation between the elderly living with their spouse and their rights protection needs.In the satisfaction of the elderly health care demand status and influencing factors,the existing urban and rural health care system is not sound,the elderly,their own economic support also exists some shortage,the elderly need outside economic support is their weak consciousness of health maintenance and spiritual comfort demand satisfaction low,poor elderly consciousness and means.On this basis,this paper using the experience of domestic and foreign outstanding proposal,put forward four aspects to perfect our health and pension system to speed up the health care of the construction countermeasures: first,to build China’s endowment characteristics of health service system to in-depth study and practice of healthy ageing objective,gradually establish differentiation and integration of urban and rural residents health care system and specification;Secondly,we should innovate and establish diversified health care service modes,such as the combination of medical care and intelligent health care service modes.Thirdly,social resources should be integrated to build a friendly community for the elderly,to grasp the needs of the elderly,to give full play to the leading role of the elderly,so that the elderly can feel the sense of social participation;Finally,we should create a family-oriented caring environment for the elderly,help the elderly to have a positive and healthy attitude toward aging through family support,and update their concept of health and pension through community daily activities and health propaganda.
