Research On The Construction Of The Ecosystem Of Talent Cultivation For The Industry-education Integrationin Medical Universities

Research BackgroundAt present,my country has realized the transformation of higher education from the popularization stage to the popularization stage..However,the transformation of my country’s higher education model has failed to keep up with the expansion of the scale of higher education.As the supply side of talent training,the structure,quality and level of talent training are difficult to fully adapt to the demand side of the industry.Therefore,in recent years,my country has promoted the reform of the talent training model for the industry-education integration,and hopes that the industry and education will conduct cross-industry cooperation to explore a training model that adapts to high-quality applied talents.However,the reform of the talent training model for the integration of production and education is still facing problems such as low level of collaborative education and imperfect collaborative education system,and the research on the integration of production and education in medical colleges is particularly scarce.The core view of the ecosystem and its related theories is that each component of the system does not exist in isolation,but maintains the sustainable development of the entire system through interaction.The research of introducing the ecosystem and related theories into the talent training model of the integration of industry and education provides us with a new theoretical perspective for clarifying the integration mechanism of industry and education.Research purposesBased on the analysis of the relevant policy texts of my country’s guidance on the reform of the talent training model for the integration of production and education,this study further selects the only medical demonstration industry college in Guangdong Province as a case study,and summarizes the reform of the training model for the integration of industry and education.The experience,effectiveness,and difficulties of the company will eventually build an ecosystem model that adapts to the integration of production and education in medical colleges and universities.Research methodsFirst,this study uses the literature research method to conduct literature research on the integration of industry and education,the ecosystem and related theories;second,analyze the relevant policy texts of the integration of industry and education through the content analysis method,and summarize the action framework for guiding the reform of the talent training model for the integration of industry and education in my country;Thirdly,through case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method,it deeply analyzes the status quo of the reform of the industry-education integration talent training model of case demonstration industrial colleges;finally,conduct theoretical docking to build an ecosystem model that adapts to medical colleges and universities for industry-education integration talent training.Research resultFirst,the implementation goal of the integration of production and education in my country’s industrial colleges is to create a multi-functional exemplary application-oriented talent training entity;the implementation methods are mainly through the education management department and The National Development and Reform Commission made two-way efforts to promote the construction of industrial academies and industry-education-integrated enterprises;implementation methods mainly include organizational and management system and mechanism innovation,education and teaching reform,dual-teacher dual-capable teacher team construction,and industry-university-research cooperation platform construction.The second is that the current industry-education integration model of the case demonstration industrial college is a three-level school-enterprise collaborative talent training model with the connotation of school-enterprise collaborative teaching resource construction,collaborative teaching activity organization,and collaborative teaching quality assurance.The empirical research results show that the professional and general skills gains and career planning gains of the case model industry college students are significantly higher than the average level of the whole school.However,the construction of industrial colleges still has problems and difficulties in six aspects:the cultivation of students’ innovative and practical ability,the construction of application-oriented curriculum system,the management system and mechanism of the college,the construction of dual-professional teachers,the construction of industry-university-research cooperation platform,and the government policy environment.Research conclusionThis study establishes the industry-education integration talent training ecosystem that includes 4 subsystems(system standard subsystem,scientific research resource integration subsystem,education subject integration subsystem,teaching resources integration subsystem),19 key elements,and put forward countermeasures for perfecting the talent cultivation ecosystem of the integration of industry and education in the aspects of environment,paying attention to internal relations,and strengthening the concept of collaborative education.
