Purpose:NRS score,Bristol scale,TCM symptom observation table and IBS-SSS scale were used to observe the clinical efficacy of Chang Kang Fang combined with probiotics combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of IBS-D,and to explore whether the two have synergistic effects,so as to provide some new ideas for the clinical treatment of IBS-D.Methods:The ninety IBS-D patients were divided into three groups according to digital randomization:the traditional Chinese medicine group, the probiotics group, the combined group.Give Chang Kang Fang for treatment(1 dose a day, twice a day)to the traditional Chinese medicine group, the probiotics group takes probiotics(4 tablets each time, twice a day),and the combined group takes Chang Kang Fang and probiotics at the same time. After the course of treatment, the scores of NRS,Bristol scale,TCM symptom observation table and IBS-SSS scale were compared before and after treatment, and intra-group and inter-group comparisons were made.Results:1.In terms of the total effective rate of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the combined group was 93.33%,which was 80%higher than that of the TCM group and 76.67%higher than that of the probiotics group(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the combined group was more significant;2.NRS score for abdominal pain showed that there were differences in the improvement of the degree of abdominal pain between the combined group and the TCM group, and between the TCM group and the probiotics group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. In addition, the symptom score of the TCM group was the lowest after treatment, while there was no significant difference between the combined group and the probiotics group(P>0.05);3.Diarrhea with Bristol score was used, and there was no significant difference in the improvement of diarrhea degree among the three groups(P>0.05);4.Using the symptom observation table,it was found that the improvement rate of symptom score in the combined group was 60.41%,which was higher than that in the TCM group(57.46%)and the probiotics group(55.46%)(P<0.05),indicating that the combined group had certain advantages in the improvement of symptom score.According to the results of several symptom scores before and after intervention,it was found that the three groups could effectively reduce the symptom scores before treatment after intervention, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.01).By TCM symptoms observation table, found the symptom integral comparison between groups:(1)In terms of symptom scores of emotional depression, there were differences between the combined group and the probiotics group, and between the TCM group and the probiotics group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. The symptom scores of the combined group were the lowest after treatment, while there was no significant difference between the combined group and the TCM group(P>0.05);(2)There was a significant difference in symptom score between the combined group and the TCM group(P<0.05),and the combined group had the lowest symptom score of the mucus after treatment, while there was no significant difference between the combined group and the probiotics group, the TCM group and the probiotics group(P>0.05).(3)For the score of irritability, there was no significant difference between the combined group and the other two groups(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the TCM group and the probiotics group(P<0.05),and the TCM group had the lowest score of irritability symptoms after treatment.(4)There was no significant difference between the three groups in the improvement of abdomen arresting and anxious, chest and hypocholic distention, bowel singing and arrow qi(P>0.05).5.Compared with pre-treatment,IBS-SSS showed significant improvement in symptoms and quality of life(P<0.05).After the intervention, the comparison of the total score of IBS-SSS among the three groups showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the combined group and the probiotics group(P<0.05).The total score of IBS-SSS in the combined group was the lowest, and there was no significant difference between the combined group and the TCM group or the TCM group and the probiotics group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through this clinical observation study,it can be found that the combination of TCM Chang Kang Fang and probiotics in the treatment of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)has a relatively obvious effect. At the same time, the combination of TCM Chang Kang Fang and probiotics is better than single use of TCM or single use of probiotics in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as mood depression and mucus under stool, which has certain clinical application and promotion value.
