| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Supercap artificial Femoral head replacement and Proximal Femoral Nail antirotation(PFNA)in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Method:choose January 2017 to January 2020,I division were SuperCap artificial femoral head replacement and PFNA internal fixation of femoral fractures between rotor senile osteoporosis patients,by incorporating exclusion standard screening,S for SuperCap group 32 cases,P for PFN A group,46 cases with data collection and follow-up,compared two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss Dedication of hospital stay,weight-bearing time, complications and hip Oxford score. Results:Compared with P group, there was no statistically significant difference in hip Oxford score mortality in age, bone mineral density,ASA score, operative time, blood loss,6 months after surgery, and 1 year after surgery.Group S was better than group P in terms of perioperative complications at the first weight-bearing time and the Oxford score at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the operation. Conclusion:Supercap minimally invasive approach artificial femoral head replacement has better short-term efficacy than PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of elderly osteoporosis. |
