Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect and safety of endovascular treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease, and to provide clinical reference for the treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease. Methods: A single-center retrospective study was conducted on 56 patients with aortoiliac occlusive disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020.According to the specific situation of each patient, contact thrombolytic catheter, simple balloon dilation, stent implantation and other intracavitary methods were selected for treatment. The preoperative data, surgical indications and surgical methods of the patients were analyzed and summarized, and the complications and postoperative vascular recanalization were followed up.To analyze the clinical effect and complications of intracavitary treatment of aortoiliac occlusive disease. Results: A total of 59 affected limbs of 55 patients were successfully treated with endovascular therapy, which were classified into grade A,grade B,grade C,and grade D according to TASC-Ⅱ,with A technical success rate of 98.2%.Among them,6 patients received simple contact thrombolytic catheter(CDT)treatment and 8 patients received balloon dilation, among which 3 patients received CDT+ balloon dilation, and 41 patients(45 affected limbs)received balloon dilation + stent implantation.Among them,5 patients(6 limbs)received CDT in the first stage and stent implantation in the second stage.Among them,5 patients developed complications, with a complication rate of 8.9%(5/56),including 2 cases of intraoperative artery dissection and 1 case of iliac artery rupture,1case of acute cardio-cerebrovascular accident and 1 case of complications at the puncture site. The postoperative ABI and claudication distance were significantly higher than those before surgery,P < 0.05.The patency rate one year after operation was 89.3%(50/56).Conclusion: Endovascular therapy,as a relatively safe surgical method, has the characteristics of small trauma and low complications under the premise of guaranteeing patency rate, can be used as the preferred treatment for most patients with aortoiliac occlusive disease.
