| Objective:Radiofrequency endovenous obliteration has been gradually applied for treatment of great saphenous varicosis in clinical practice. Before, during and after surgery, the application of ultrasound detection determines the success or failure of the operation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the intraoperative value and postoperative evaluation efficacy of ultrasonic testing in radiofrequency endovenous obliteration, providing guidance and reference for the clinical application of radiofrequency ablation of great saphenous vein.Methods:86 patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein from June 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were set as observation group. All of patients were treated with radiofrequency ablation, injection sclerotherapy and minimally invasive point-endarterectomy.At the same time period,90 healthy volunteers who came to our hospital for physical examination were set as control group. Before operation, two groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound to observe the inner diameter of the great saphenous vein, blood flow velocity, the time and velocity of vas experimental venous valve regurgitation,VCSS and HASTI scores;the value of ultrasonic examination for diagnosis of the great saphenous varicosity was analyzed. After surgery, color Doppler ultrasound was applied to detect patient’s blood vessel diameter and blood flow of great saphenous vein in lower limbs again. The effects of radiofrequency endovenous obliteration for treatment of great saphenous varicosis were evaluated. Results:Before operation,VCSS and HASTI scores in the observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after surgery,VCSS and HASTI scores in the observation group[(2.72±0.41)vs.(3.16±0.79)]were significantly lower than before, but no significant differences were found between groups(P>0.05);before surgery, blood vessel diameter and blood flow of great saphenous vein in the observation group were significantly larger than those of control group(P<0.05);after surgery, blood vessel diameter and blood flow of great saphenous vein in the observation group were slightly reduced, but no significant differences were found between groups(P>0.05);Spent’s test showed that reflux time and blood flow velocity of superficial femoral vein in the observation group were higher than those of other veins(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of varicose great saphenous vein, which can effectively guide patients to take the radiofrequency ablation with good treatment results. As well, color Doppler ultrasound is of great value to the postoperative reexamination of patients with great saphenous varicosity. The detection of blood reflux, blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity is beneficial to prediction of patient’s treatment prognosis, determination of effective surgical modes and valuable auxiliary indicators. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
